I recently took on the rehab of a long-vacant property near me. East Falls had to do a complete re-plumbing of the 3 story house, including a new boiler and replacement of some (very heavy!) radiators. I have to say it was completed with minimal of complications on my part. The work was done in the time frame he suggested and when there was a problem in one of the older lines he was back to make the needed adjustments to correct the problem. Very professional and easy to work with.

The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. Don't waste your time. Called for an appointment and after confirming they simply didn't show up to inspect my HVAC. When I texted t wo hours after the appt time to see if they were late the guy said he ""had a long week and couldn't make it"".
