Our mixing valve was leaking on a 2 year old water heater and the repair took two days and cost more than the actual water heater. Be forewarned they claimed the cost was because at 3 pm it is considered emergency time and charged us for 2 visits because they did not carry that part on the truck. made 3 other calls and the other companies said the price should of been half on a bad day.

You may have to wait a few days after you get your quote or once you make the appointment but they are certainly worth the wait. The master plumber answered my questions explained details and schedules his team. East End Plumbing supports their teams. The plumber came in did the job got it done even faster than he thought. When he finish he told me that if I had any problems call him. I did and he did! East End Plumbing are my first recommendation hands down

Whenever I called, it sounded like I woke up the owner (whose name I forget). Once we decided on a time to get my faucet installed, Steve was here as scheduled. After he left we had some leakage under the kitchen counter. Steve came back and said the faucet was badly designed or something. It's not a super-expensive one, but still a decent brand name. He put some sealant around the faucet fixture, and that seems to have helped. At his first visit, Steve put some sealant at the base of the spout in our tub, as it was leaking into the basement. He said to wait 24 hours to use the shower (which would have been nice to know before he did the work). He didn't dry the area around the spout before applying the sealant, so it all dripped into the gap and was forming like a stalactite underneath. Before it dried I wiped it off and will try to seal it myself. Bottom line, I would opt for a different outfit next time I need plumbing done.

Such a pleasure to do business with. They moved a faucet for us prior to a deck being added. He was pleasant and did absolute quality workmanship. I for one am sick of Home Depot and Lowe's shoddy work that is farmed out to whoever is the lowest bid. I was so pleased to find a plumber of experience and quality work. His prices were reasonable , he took the time needed to do quality work and I would recommend him to anyone in need of new construction or remodeling to repairs. He is happy to do it all - Totally pleased customer!

I called this place to hook up a washing machine. The person who answered the phone said he was 10 min. away from my home and he would be over! When he got here he went and looked at the situation, pulled out a drill and put a zip tie through my laundry tub. Then he told me the cost would be $123. I thought he was joking and I asked him again. He was serious. I asked him to break the charge down for a trip fee and the labor charge. He said there was only one fee. Every other place I called before calling this rip off place told me the trip charge plus the hourly labor rate. Most charged by 15 min. increments. So I paid $123 for 2 holes in a plastic tub, 1 zip tie and 5 minutes of ""service""! Stay away from this place at all ""costs""!

I discovered my hot water heater had developed a leak. I called East End and the next morning they were here at 8 am and installed a new one for roughly the same price I would have paid for just the water heater at the local hardware store. I heard about them from the slip and slide they donated to the Salvation Army and glad I called them.
