We offer a comprehensive range of plumbing services, such as repairs and replacements of plumbing fixtures, cleaning out drains, water heater services, utility line repairs for water, gas, and sewer, as well as pipe repairs. Dye testing and backflow preventer services are part of our offerings. Our expertise extends to new builds and retrofitting plumbing, and we specialize in hydronic heating systems. We cater to residential clients and commercial enterprises.

The year 1957 marked the inception of East End Plumbing & Mechanical with $4,000 in initial funding. Arthur V. Mascilli Sr. secured this amount by liquidating a veterans life insurance policy. What seemed like a poor decision evolved into a significant triumph. More than 50 years later, we maintain a multi-million dollar backlog each year and a respected clientele throughout the Southwestern Pennsylvania region.

At 15, Arthur started his plumbing apprenticeship in Italy. Not long after, he immigrated to the United States. Upon his arrival, he enrolled in Connelly Technical Institute at 17 to start a five-year training and apprenticeship in plumbing. After completing his apprenticeship, he earned his Journeyman license from the Allegheny County Health Department. A week later, he was drafted for military service during the Korean Conflict. His service included roles in both Construction and Combat Engineering.
