Our services include dye testing and the installation and testing of backflow preventers. We handle both new construction and retrofitting plumbing systems, and we specialize in hydronic heating systems. We cater to residential clients and commercial enterprises.

East End Plumbing & Mechanical started in 1957 with an investment of $4,000. Arthur V. Mascilli Sr. secured this amount by liquidating a veterans life insurance policy. What he initially viewed as a mistake turned into an incredible opportunity. Over five decades later, East End Plumbing & Mechanical boasts a multi-million dollar annual backlog and an impressive list of clients throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Arthur began his plumbing apprenticeship in Italy at the age of 15. He moved to America soon after. Once in America, he began his studies at Connelly Technical Institute at the age of 17 to start a five-year training and apprenticeship in plumbing. After completing his apprenticeship, he earned his Journeyman license from the Allegheny County Health Department. A week later, he was drafted for military service during the Korean Conflict. He served in both the Construction and Combat Engineering divisions.
