We offer a comprehensive range of plumbing services, such as repairs and replacements of plumbing fixtures, cleaning out drains, water heater repair and replacement, utility line repairs for water, gas, and sewer, and piping repairs. We also provide dye testing and backflow preventer installation and testing. We handle both new construction and retrofitting plumbing systems, we provide service and repair for hydronic heating systems. We serve both residential and commercial customers.

East End Plumbing & Mechanical started in 1957 with an investment of $4,000. Arthur V. Mascilli Sr. raised this capital by cashing in a veterans life insurance policy. What seemed like a poor decision evolved into a significant triumph. More than 50 years later, we maintain a multi-million dollar backlog each year and a prestigious client roster across Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Arthur's journey in plumbing began in Italy when he was just 15 years old. He moved to America soon after. Upon his arrival, he enrolled in Connelly Technical Institute at 17 to pursue a five-year formal training and apprenticeship in the plumbing field. After completing his apprenticeship, he earned his Journeyman license from the Allegheny County Health Department. Just one week later, he received military draft orders for active duty during the Korean Conflict. He served in both the Construction and Combat Engineering divisions.
