Absolutely amazing! We have been dealing with them for almost 3 years now. We have an old house/plumbing and tree roots coming out of every area in the yard (we have 1 tree ?). Not to mention a yard full of pipes that are no longer connected. Anyway they are always responsive, and will make every effort to get there when promised. They have showed up the day after Thanksgiving when our toilet backed into the bathtub. All while not having a house trap. This most recent time, Mike showed up. He was personable, friendly, honest, and eager to help. We ended up having 3 lines cleared with a bunch of blockages. One being pretty much a tree growing in the main line 2 feet from the house. The price was great and I have never heard water go down the pipes so quick. I will recommend them to anyone who needs help!

They came on time to pump my septic tank. Randy was very friendly. I had a problem with my toilet and Mike fixed that. The toilet was next to my boiler room where my hot water heater was, which was leaking. The floor was soaking wet I had a fan drying the carpet. After he fixed the toilet he said let me take a look at the hot water heater. He tightened the Valve put some tape on it and stopped the leak. Such a great guy! I highly recommend the guys from East Coast Sewer and Drain!

Life savers! Only company I was able to find to come out after hours (around 1 am). Fast response, and was able to fix the job within an hour of arriving. Not only were they Very efficient, and professional, it was also reasonable priced.. definitely would recommend.

I'm not the type to say negative things about anyone, but I feel I have to tell my story so others aren't taken advantage of. East Coast Sewer and Drain - They seemed like well-meaning guys but, they said they'd be at the house by 3pm, didn't show up till 8:45pm, then said they would have to come back in the morning. The next morning turned into 11:30am (late morning), then it took 45mins to find my cesspool when I kept telling them where to look and they kept looking in a different spot. Then I was told the pool was full and needed to be pumped but the truck he had didn't have enough hose so he had to wait for another guy to bring more. That took another 45mins to and hour. When the pumping was done, which didn't seem to be very long, they told me they didn't have the chemicals I paid them to put in the cesspool, so they would have to return the next day. I never saw or heard from them again and I never want to. I'm also mad at myself cause broke my own rule and paid them for the complete job before it was done. OH! - and BEST PART is two months later I need the pool pumped again, so they didn't even pump what they were supposed to.
