I dreaded contacting a plumber, but a friend recommended East Coast.
The experience was far better than expected!
They were professional and courteous on the phone.
The appointment was easily negotiated and they arrived on time.
I expected to be told I needed a new water heater, but was pleasantly surprised that it only needed a part.
I could not have been happier!!

On this day, I called East Coast plumbing and heating and thank God I did. Mike came over and thoroughly inspected my heater, previously inspected by ""service today"". Mike epitomized the term honesty is the best policy; by taking the time to prove to me by example, exactly what the cause was preventing my system to deliver heat flow. Service today had one motivation , that was to sell me a $10,000.00 replacement heating system.
Two Reps in unison planned, or should I say conspires to go for the money... big money.

Mike completed the job quickly, now my heat is working perfectly. Thank you Mike!
Moral of the story ..... look around and take your time. Honesty is really the best policy. I rate east coast 100% . You have earned my trust 100%
