Terrible service. A real rip off. Took advantage of an 88 year old woman. Did not quote pricing as they should have. Exaggerated about the time on the job. Had a helper who did nothing but chat with the serviceman the sun hole time. Changed something that had already been changed without telling the customer. Charged for the item. Total price for about an hour was over $300.00. This woman could have bought a new toilet for less. Ought to be ashamed for ripping her off like that. I guess they need the money really bad . To be told that the company charges $135.00 for any part of an hour because they have to pay for the serviceman to come out and to pay for gas is ridiculous. Don't rip off the elderly! It is disgusting.

East coast Plumbing has done several jobs for me with the most recent being a major project plumbing tie in to my detached garage.
I can always reach someone by phone and never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a tech to come out.
Their prices are fair and their work is professional the technicians are great and explain everything in detail
