Very responsive within 2 days Bob came by the house assessed the situation gave a quote and he was here the following day to do the job. Quality work, very informative about product he installed and cleaned up afterwards not to mention what I thought was very fair pricing.

If you are in southern Delaware you know the expression LSD, lower slower Delaware. This business did not fit the definition or description. Within 2 hours of calling technicians arrived. They then called to get a master plumber for our cracked cap for clean our pipe. Mold was apparent and then we were able to get the property mitigated. Great response rate and assistance. We met 5 employees and all were helpful courteous and skilled.

I rarely give 5 stars.
This morning, I am taking my shower at 7am. Its sunday memorial day weekend, figures it would do this on a big holiday weekend. I noticed the shower stall started filling up with water. I got out to flush the toilet, and the water filled up but didn't drain. I tried plunger, draino ,plunging some more but no help. At 8:30 am, I called East Coast plumbing. They picked up on the 3rd ring. The nice lady said they would be there before 10 am. About an hour or so later, Andrew pulls up. He asked me what was going on. By my excellent explanation, he said, ""Let me look into your septic tank first.""lol. Sure enough, the ""septic approved"" toilet paper was blocking the exit drain pipe from the house. He cleared the clog and the entire drainage area ,including around the lid and the septic filter for the sludge. The weekend/holiday rate was higher, but it's a big BUT I really couldn't wait for Joe smoe to maybe come out some time this weekend. Now by 10:15 all the drains were flowing great and all things are happy again. We will call them again and keep Andrew's card on the side of the refrigerator for future service.

My sister-in-law had a sewer back-up and called East Coast Plumbing. They came out cleared the blockage and cleaned up. Very satisfied with the service. However, the charge was excessive by any comparison. Approximately double what most other companies would charge at $688 for a relatively uncompliated clean out. All was accomplished through the outside access and the tech was there about an hour or 90 minutes. My sister-n-law is a first time homeowner and had no idea what such a service should cost so just agreed to the estimate.

I called the next day and asked for an explanation of the costs. The receptionist was very pleasant, took my info and said the service manager would call me back. The next day the tech who performed the service called and told me that is their standard price for using sewer line cleanout equipment. So, my conclusion is that I can certainly recommend the quality of service, however, I cannot in good conscience recommend on price. At least for sewer clean out.

Our garbage disposal had a serious leak. Went on line, found East Coast Plumbing. I decided to call because of reviews. 2 plumbers showed up within a few short hours. Quoted a placement at a fair price, and did the job immediately. Awesome! Andrew and James were very professional, knowledgeable. Strongly recommend ECP.
Thanks for a job well done!

This company is a rip off! They have hidden fees charged me $249 just to look at job and wanted to charge 3 times more than other service companies. I asked owner to consider reducing fee that was not explained and he was not at all professional in handling the situation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Beware!

These guys are totally professional! I called to schedule an appt, got a call back within one day. They came out 2 days later, gave me the quote and scheduled the work, 2 days after that. They were even wearing masks! I totally recommend East Coast Plumbing Services.

I started my search for a plumber to install a pot filler rough-in on Yelp. Contacted 4 plumbers. Bryce from East Coast was the first to reply almost instantly. After a brief text conversation I was quoted a price and directed to call to set up the job. A few day later I called and spoke to Kelly, who quickly set me up an installation date a week later. (By this point, only one of the other 4 had contacted me and they were scheduling a month out!)
On the day scheduled for the installation, Tony, showed up, on time. He was kind, polite and helpful, explaining exactly what he was going to do. He quickly and efficiently completed the job, even vacuuming, when done. He took time to review the job and explain my next steps, as I was installing the faucet myself, at a later date(as part of a kitchen remodel).
Based on this experience, I would highly recommend East Coast Plumbing Service for any plumbing job. They were fairly priced, efficient, kind and got the job done quickly.

Absolutely abysmal service. beyond awful. I called to schedule an appointment yesterday because my reverse osmosis filtration system tank needed to be pressurized. The gal on the phone was pleasant and indicated the tech she would be sending was proficient in filtration systems. She also said the price for service call was $59.00, excluding parts. Finally, she said the tech would call before arrival at my home. The tech showed up without an advanced call. When he began to look at my reverse osmosis system, I indicated someone else who purported to be a plumber had done something with the tank and now only a few drops of water come out of the faucet. This tech immediately exclaimed that he would NOT fix anything behind this other person. I replied that it was likely just a simple fix. He then began ranting that: ""Filtration systems are for any Home Depot moron to work on, not a plumber. Plumbers deal with pipes not this stuff. I can give you a price on a new reverse osmosis system, but I won't fix this."" Startled, I explained that the gal in the office I talked to knew I wanted a repair and said that the tech was experienced with filtration systems. He responded that the office representative had lied to me. Then, he continued his rant: ""What did you expect for $59.00? I am a master plumber. I don't do this kind of repair. I diagnose and that's it."" When I said I wasn't told he wouldn't perform repairs, he said I do repairs for a price, not $59.00. I told him this was an outrageous thing to do to a customer. At that, he hurled a few insults at me. I promptly demanded he leave my home. Later in the day, a neighbor came over and fixed the tank. It needed to be pressurized as I originally suspected. It took my neighbor 10 minutes to fix my system and he's not a ""master plumber."" Just prior to my writing this review, the company owner called and was apologetic about my experience. I appreciate that, but my honest advice is to think long and hard before using this plumbing service.
