Please beware!!! I was scammed AND robbed by a ""boiler"" guy named JESSE HIMEON. the name of his company is called East Coast Concepts heating, air conditioning, and plumbing. I saw his ad on Craigslist for boiler cleaning service $125 so I called to have my boiler cleaned. The next day the heat stopped working so I called another company to come fix it. When I went downstairs I noticed he had stolen a large amount of spare parts that I had purchased for my boiler (gas valves, pilot assembly, and thermal coupler). The new company stated the boiler was never cleaned which was blocking the flames from getting through, which was causing the boiler to shut off (a safety feature). He opened the top of the boiler and the chimney and it had years worth of caked on soot!!! He never even opened or cleaned the boiler. Not only did he scam me but he also robbed me...and it was Christmas eve to boot. Stay away!! Attached are the before and after pics. The 1st is when we opened up the top of the boiler AFTER Jesse ""cleaned"" it, and the 2nd pic is after another company ACTUALLY cleaned it!
