Been going here twenty three years, as a homeowner first then a contractor, you get what you pay for in life . Knowledge first then price followed by always being there with the help you need to get the job done. Contractor comes first because they know what they want and it saves customer money by not running up the hours sitting at supply house. AAA
Karen L.We needed a hard to find glow-plug for a broken boiler. We called them and they not only had it, they let us know they'd stay a few minutes after closing to give us a chance to get there. That's good service.
Rick L.My dad's taken me with him to EB Supply since I was a little kid. It's an...interesting place with...interesting people. Like the other guy said, they can be pretty rough around the edges, but what they lack in customer service, they more than make up for in product knowledge and inventory.
Every once in a while I forget they're there or think it'll be just as easy to get what I need at lowes/hd...it's not -.-
The other day I went to Lowes for a part for my toilet and the guy that was trying to help me sent me to EB Supply because he knew they'd know what I needed and that they'd have it.
They pretty much have everything plumbing related you could ever need...and if they don't, they know exactly where you can get it
As far as returns go, I haven't had to do one in a while but as far as I remember they're pretty standard mom and pop business practices? ""30 days with a receipt"" if you open it/ruin it, they're probably gonna give you crap...common sense? Idk
Bruno F.This place has been here for so many years and is close to south river. I will come here if Im in a pinch like today. My relay on my boiler went and needed a quick fix before I'd freeze to death. This place is just how I remember it. Its a love/hate relationship and you better know your stuff or the guys behind the counter will make you feel like an idiot. I definitely don't recommend this place for Do it yourself folks.
The return policy is horrible, No returns. The guy who helped me has been the same miserable guy that has been there for over 10 years if not longer. He wont acknowledge you if he's having a great conversation with the guy before you, until that customer leaves, then he'll ask you if you need help.
Lucky, I deal with rude and unprofessional people everyday. So my skin is pretty thick. You get 3 stars because you had the product and it was 10 dollars cheaper then Home Depot. I didn't feel like driving today. Other then that, you can't say your help is the best . That or I always get the same guy. Just be careful when coming in.
