I have used East Brainerd Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc. for my plumbing needs at my personal home and a rental property for a number of years. Always professional, courteous and efficient. Their fees are reasonable. Dan and Ian were the two plumbers that have been out the last couple of times. Great employees and do great work!

Worst Company ever took my money did not fix the problem. When I called they basically said to bad you should have gotten a new hot water heater. Did not offer to put my money already spent towards a new one. Use Metro Pluming they are in the same area and FANTASTIC

The employees are very friendly and I am Glad the owner buys only from U.S manufacturers for parts. I didn't like that the guy that came out to put in my tankless electric water heater had never done it before and it took 3.6 hours to install. That seemed excessive and since hourly it was quite a bit expensive. I feel like if he knew what he was doing it wouldn't have taken so long. The electrical box was all set up and labelled. All he had to do was hook it up. And no programming was required with unit I bought. I have hot water so that is good but it was pricey.

We had our front exterior lawn faucet sheer off, sending a jet of water into the front lawn. We shut the water off around 10:00AM, but after 2 hours of working in 80+ degree heat, realized we couldn't get it fixed by ourselves. We called 9 other plumbers, many of whom did not answer their phone. East Brainerd Plumbing and Heating DID answer, and though it was a busy Friday for them on Memorial Day weekend, they fit us in! Within 45 minutes of calling them, we had a pleasant expert in our driveway, who had the tools and supplies needed to completely repair the exterior faucet (we thought we needed to cap the line for the quickest fix possible) so it's still operational! They took our call around 12:25 PM and were finished by 1:45 PM! We are impressed by their concern for our family, and their friendliness and willingness to interrupt their scheduled jobs to help us out so we could turn our water back on. We HIGHLY recommend this group of Gentleman Plumbers!

Had an issue that required a skilled plumber to solder pipes together. Over my head. Called East Brainered Plumbing on a referral from our builder. Becky was great in scheduling a time but also let me know any emergency calls would be in front of me.
Dan showed on time and ready to work. Assessed the need and went right to work. Neat and clean. Got the work done and a fair invoice.
Would use again.
