This is one of the companies I phoned and left a message for, but they never called me back. I take it they don't service my area, but a simple call back would have been nice versus just being ignored.

They are very friendly and helpful here. They have plenty of good reviews which inspired me to try them out. Their customer service was prompt, courteous and friendly. They make it easy to get a quote, I just sent them a few photos from my phone and they diagnosed the problem and told me what needs to be done as well as the price. Then I was able to set up an appointment for the work. They kept the work area clean too which I really appreciate, a sign of professionalism. I definitely recommend these folks.

When my water heater stopped working I was worried I would have to go days with out warm showers or running the dishwasher. But they made the whole process fast and painless. I called to get a quote and was scheduled for an appointment the very Next Day!
When Mike and the other service guy came to my residence they were both friendly and professional. They kept me informed about the process every step of the way.
The replacement water heater was installed quickly and conveniently. I especially appreciate how they disposed of my old broken water heater for me since I had no idea how to trash that huge thing.

Attentive staff along with great customer service goes a long way in my book. They have fast availability as well as good prices. Having no hot water is such a pain but they made it simple by getting me in fast and not charging me an arm and a leg. When they came out the next day they were respectful and turned my hot water back on fast. I have no clue what exactly they did, all I know is that I have hot water again and I'm happy again! I liked the repair guy a lot so I even tipped him a small amount. What can I say? I'm super impressed!

Really nice staff here! When I called in they were full but put me on a cancellation list. They ended up not having a cancellation but one of the plumbers just had an opening because he got with a job a lot quicker than he thought he would. So I took the appointment for Saturday and everything went great! He repaired my water heater without any problems. Great family business.

Totally agree with the other Yelpers here- I had a last minute need and they were so accommodating to my work schedule, which is regular office hours. They did an awesome job too!!

Also, I asked a ton of questions because I had no idea how anything worked, and they were so patient and answered all of the questions I asked in an easy to understand way.

Highly recommended and I'll be calling them if this happens again!

Our water heater in the house needed to be checked out, and I called to set up an appointment. It was prompt, smooth and I was able to get it fixed next day (Yey!) and the worker, mike was professional and helpful. I highly recommend them!!

From their customer service to the actual plumber on the job, I found their whole team very honest and professional. I was having trouble with the hot water in my shower-it would suddenly go from hot to cold while you are in the shower without any warning!! I called East Bay Water Heater to discuss the issue and they seemed to understand the problem right away. The plumber came by the next day and fixed the problem very quickly. It's very difficult to find a trustworthy service these days and I'm really glad I came across theirs. If East Bay Water Heater offers services in your area- I would definitely recommend giving them a call, you won't be disappointed!

The customer service was beyond what I expected! They never tried to beat around the bush when it came to my questions and were upfront about the price. I love when I know exactly what to expect, especially in a time where I need something like hot water. They were able to repair my water heater without any trouble. I was honestly so frustrated when I first found out it wasn't working cause I thought I was going to have to go DAYS without hot water but they made sure to get me in the same day! The guy that came out was friendly and didn't mind me asking questions that had already been answered. I would highly recommend them.

They have a short wait list if you're in need of someone last minute! I was surprised that I was able to get a same appointment that day. Their plumber was nice and the total price was reasonable. I had the pilot light on my water heater repaired. I would recommend them if they work your area. They did a great job!
