Stay away, especially if he's being sent by your home warranty provider! Marc admitted to us that he gets a large chunk of his business through home warranty, which means he cares more about staying on their good side vs. doing his job properly.

When our kitchen faucet stopped working, we called our home warranty provider who sent Marc over to diagnose the situation. He spent a couple minutes looking at it, and came to the conclusion that our faucet looks like it was installed less than a year ago. He said, bad news is that our claim will be denied, but good news is that it'll be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Well, when we read over the closing docs from when we purchased our home, we discovered the faucet was installed SEVEN years ago, not ONE, meaning the manufacturer warranty had already expired. However, by then, the damage was already done. Our home warranty provider claimed our faucet was covered by manufacturer warranty, and they denied coverage on our claim.

When we followed up with him upon learning our faucet was 7 years old, Marc offered us no help/support in correcting his mistake. That's when he admitted that he gets a lot of his business through the home warranty company, and can't afford to lose their partnership. I can look past him being bad at his job, but not past his lack of integrity.
