Steve was absolutely AMAZING. While closing on the sale of my house, I needed the water heater to be repaired and Steve was quick, responsive and HONEST! A buddy of mine who is in the construction business thought I needed to replace the entire water heater. Steve was able to show how the water heater still had a lot of life left and needed only minor repairs to the pressure relief valve! What a life saver he was and I was impressed with how he didn't try to ""up sell"" the need to replace the unit. Steve went above and beyond by returning on 2 more occasions to ensure the job was done correctly. Without having any additional leakage, the problem was solved.
