After calling about 5 different plumbing companies and getting ridiculous price quotes and no answer, on my last attempt I reached this business. The owner Steve picked up and I explained to him what was going on with my garbage disposal and my attempts at fixing it. He offered to come by within the next few minutes since he was close by to see exactly what the problem was a give me a quote.

Steve arrived promptly and spent the next 15-20 minutes examining my garbage disposal and attempted to free whatever was stuck in there that was preventing it from working. His attempts worked and the loud sound of the disposal was actually music to my ears.

I thanked him and asked him how much do I owe him and can you believe he said don't worry about it, I didn't do much. I was in shock! That was one of the kindest things a person has done for me in a while. As a woman alone at home, I felt totally comfortable with Steve being there and most of all I trusted what he was saying. He was knowledgeable and wasn't feeding me B.S just to get paid. He is a honest business person and will definetly be using his devices again and will recommend him to family and friends. Thank you again Steve!

I had a plumbing emergency. Steve was my second call and said he could be there in two hours. I showed him the emergency, which he fixed, and then added on a number of other lingering plumbing concerns I hadn't addressed. He fixed them all in a two hour period and went and got the parts he needed. Even better, I felt totally comfortable having him in my house. He was easy to be with, polite and competent. He is a good guy. Give him a call.

I'm impressed. I called to get something fixed in the sink on a rental property. Then something came up with the tenant and it had to be rescheduled. I called and the service person was very accommodating and flexible by coming over one and half hour later. I'm glad to get the whole thing done in one day.

Today when I got home, water was leaking all over my garage. My neighbors saw me sweeping all the water out to my driveway, she suggested I call someone that help her a month ago. So I called Steve and he walk me through over the phone! How to shut off the water and gas to the water heater. He showed up later that evening to replace the pipe above the water heater less than an hour the price was reasonable and I was happy with the service. Thank you Steve!

I wish I could Steve more stars. In the past, I have dealt with a variety of sneaky, untrustworthy, lazy plumbers. Not Steve. I got 2 estimates from 2 different places and Steve saved me hundreds of dollars! He even looked at other parts of my house and told me what I could do to improve!
