I entered the plumbing field in the year 2007. I gained experience with numerous companies in the Tri-Valley, servicing plumbing services for both commercial and residential properties. In 2015, I launched my own business, East Bay Plumbing Service, under license number 1000978, located in San Pablo, CA.
I had the opportunity to work alongside a few talented journeymen, all remarkable individuals in the company. We formed a close-knit team, aiming to enhance the company. As policies evolved over time, discontent grew, impacting the team. A few departed for better prospects, while others went back to the military. In late winter, I found an opportunity with two active small family-owned plumbing firms. I operated independently, concentrating on commercial plumbing service. We had great success in resolving plumbing problems. During my time with these firms, I had the privilege of meeting and building relationships with people from all walks of life.

I found out my water supply valve was leaking the morning I was getting a new fridge. Steve and Laylah came and saved my bacon right before my new fridge was to be delivered. I am beyond grateful!

Steve was not only friendly but extremely professional and honest. He called to discuss the work that needed to be done and offered his professional opinion vs. just trying to make money. Absolutely loved and appreciated his honesty. All this from a local business which I wholeheartedly support. I will definitely keep Steve's information for future work.

East Bay came and switched out our old kitchen faucet and installed the new one lickety split. Steve is a good guy, and he knows what he is doing. No wasted moves and first rate service. Highly recommended. You won't go wrong to hire this guy. I mean it.

Great experience with Steve the owner of east bay plumbing, they arrived as promised reseat a toilet for me and gave estimate for water heater replacement ( affordable price) . I've at last found a honest plumbing company.
Happy customer!

East Bay Plumbing did a great job fixing several plumbing problems at my old house. They always returned calls, explained what needed to be done, showed up on time and repaired everything we had discussed. All for a reasonable price. I will certainly call them again if anything new comes up.

I called Steve on a Wednesday afternoon about my faucet leaking in my bathtub. We had a very old set up in our bathroom with 3 different knobs to control hot water, cold, water, and shower. To fix the leak, this had to be replaced with a single handle valve. He was able to replace everything that same day and everything works perfectly and looks beautiful.

If there is an honorable 6-star rating for exceptional, outstanding service, East Bay Plumbing Service would earn this award. Unimpressed with big name companies, we decided to go with Steve and our instinct paid off. There was a huge contrast when talking with men in uniform from larger companies and Steve, a friendly, highly skilled, sincere family run business owner. In addition to delivering top notch quality service and being modest & transparent on repair costs, Steve is honest and down-to-earth person. We can feel that his business mission is to help people first and the profit is secondary. Knowing his increasing in popularity, we already made a new appointment with him for another plumbing needs. We strongly recommend Steve and East Bay Plumbing Service.

Called to have him check out a toilet that had water slowly running into the bowl. He tried helping me over the phone to troubleshoot through some of the things I already tried and offered to swing by to check it out. He arrived on time as stated over the phone and quickly diagnosed the problem which involved simply removing a small piece of rubber lining which was not allowing a good seal. Given that the cause and solution were so minor, he stated that there would be no charge. I was pleasantly surprised and genuinely appreciated that from him. That really impressed me and gave me a lot of trust and faith in his business. I will definitely be keeping his business in mind in case I have any plumbing issues in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone else searching around for a plumber.

My bathtub wouldn't drain. I took the overflow cover off, which promptly broke the linkage to the plug because the lever was frozen in place. I couldn't budge the plug out to be able snake the drain. I called Steve at noon and he came back the same day with his assistant and gave an estimate. I approved the estimate and they immediately went to get supplies. They had to replace the whole brass drain assembly as well as the trap. There is no way I would have been able to do that. Steve said he deals with old plumbing all the time and he knew exactly what to do. They finished the job and tested the drainage before the end of the day. I would definitely trust them to do any other plumbing issues in the future!

good service, gets the job done correctly. Decent price on Labor. He he's the experience.
