Our toilet was leaking water into the flooring around the toilet base. I telephoned Eashum first thing on a Monday morning, and was pleased to get a repair window of 12-2 that day. The tech arrived well within the window, and quickly went to work, diagnosing the problem cause. He asked if I had seen water dripping into the crawlspace below the toilet. I advised him that I didn't think so. To completely examine the issue, he took the time and trouble to go into the crawlspace area (not a lot of fun, that), and discovered that when the toilet was flushed, the dripping began. The complete repair was soon finished. For all the he did, the price was quite reasonable. And, here's is something of note. This same toilet had been repaired for the same problem a couple of years ago by a large and well-advertised firm. My wife was home while the repair was made, and those doing the work replaced a number of items within the toilet tank (which were, in turn, only a few years old, and clearly did not need replacing). They also advised her that the toilet was several years old, and probably would need replacing soon, and they would be glad to provide estimates for the job (!). With Eashum, there was none of this. The entirety of this experience with them easily earns an ""A+++++"" rating, and my future business!

Called Eashums early evening for leaking toilet and a moaning toilet. They stated would be there between 10-12 next day. Next day they were there at 10 and by 2pm had bath toilets rebuilt and everything cleaned up. Even went under house to check water lines and went out of his way to and some extra clamps. Cost of everything was below our expectations. Employee, Brandon, was very courteous and professional.

I have called Eashum's out every time we needed a plumber. I have done quite a bit of home renovations, but leave the plumbing to the pros. They have been to my place at least a half dozen times and am always happy and actually surprised at their affordability. I was about to call them for my place of employment when I noticed an unfavorable review. These people are good!
