What can I say? No one wants to wake up one morning and find their water heater is gushing water and kicked the bucket :( But let me tell you about Ease Plumbing. They came out the same day, right away, and turned a bad day into a pleasant, almost fun, one. Cirby was AWESOME, kept me up to date the whole day, showed me everything I needed to know about my new water heater, and was just as nice as nice can be. I'm ready to adopt him! Very professional, respectful, and personable, with a gentle sense of humor. He understood my fear of gas (I was in a gas explosion) and gave me estimates for gas and for electric water heaters. He also discussed the pros and cons of each choice. He was patient while I tried to come to a decision. Tim, his partner, was also knowledgeable. The people in the office helped me with my loan, and the job was done the same day. All around great company. Completely recommend and would use again. I kept Cirby's business card in case I need help in the future. Please don't hesitate to call them. (BTW, they do not pay for reviews, unlike other companies. This is a legitimate review.)
