We needed our extremely unlevel yard leveled for a 10x12 shed, with a retaining wall. The crew did not build the site facing the correct direction, but that wasn't too bad, we'd make it work. Well, once the shed was going in with the shed company installing it, we found that the wall was not square. I waited a week to be calm and texted Dennis to come out to see this wall. He replied and said he'd be there that day or the next..... well, 2 weeks went by, he did not show up! I sent photos of the wall that was not square, and showed that the shed had to go on the actual wall because the site was not big enough to put the shed on the crushed stone! Since the shed site faced a different direction than planned, now the ramp was warped too. .... well, I was offered loam to fix the ramp issue... nothing to make the wall look any better, and not even more crushed stone since now the shed sits about much higher than the crushed stone. Yes, Dennis was nice and I get they are busy... so am I!!! I don't have the time to have to fix their mess!

Overpaid for under standard work- very unhappy!
