We found a leave in our master bedroom wall contacted this plumber and hit fit us in by the end of the day - they were efficient and very quick to fix as well as very reasonable. Would highly recommend. While they were here they found some things that could have lead to major issues that felt with our water heater we just had replaced at Christmas in 2021 by another company. They told us what we needed to do and how to rectify and even spoke to the individuals that installed our water heater and explained what had to happen which we really appreciated. We did have someone come in and fix the drywall and texture however it Did not look or blend with the wall and it was very noticeable we contacted Richard letting him know about the situation and he helped us out to care of it stood by his customer service. His guys were very efficient and did an amazing job. It looks amazing and you can't even tell we gad to tear part of the wall out. We would highly recommend Richard Castillo and his team are doing an amazing job professional extremely helpful and went beyond what they had to do for us as a customer we will definitely use again and recommend to anybody to use them

I have relied on Rick Castillo from Early Birdie Plumbing since purchasing my current home 5 years ago. He has performed several large jobs, including a full house repipe following the February 2021 freeze in Houston, as well as ordinary plumbing maintenance and other projects for me. He is always reliable, prompt, and very reasonably priced. I especially appreciate the extra care he provides, such as setting me up with a routine hot water heater maintenance plan to extend the life of my new tank.
