Had a recurring ticking noise from a shower. Cooper and ..came out tried to recreate problem then ran a pressure test and a few other things. Came
Up with a non invasive solution that appears to have resolved the issue at a fair price and with prompt courtesy work. Will use again and will have back out for replacing some outside hose connections and update to a few other items. On a watch to see if issue resolved but suspect it is resolved.

Our hot water heater went out, had this company come. They sent Hunter Roberts and his team mate. Unfortunately not knowing what was wrong. The first time they came, Hunter had a very put off attitude. Sitting in my garage floor, did not discuss with me what he was doing on his phone. Had to question him. They eventually did "fix" the water heater. Not long after the next day our entire garage was filled with natural gas because they did it wrong. But it came to light since they were working on parts connected directly to the gas line, they actually needed a permit from the City of McKinney. Then later an inspector from the city would check the work. Had them come back on Monday, Hunter acting again put off right away at the front door, I tell him to meet me around back at the garage. When I'm opening the garage I see him coming out of my backyard gate. Unclear why Hunter was in my backyard. Did get a video of it on one if my many cameras. Regardless he never asked to go in the backyard, which could be considered trespassing. I ask them if they have a permit they fought with me saying they never needed one. Then his partner starts messing with the heater. They claim nothing is wrong after a minute or less of looking at it. He called I am assuming his boss in the van. When he got out I confronted him if he is able to get the permit and do the job correctly or if I needed a refund from the previous time to hire someone who could. He continued to fight me that there was nothing ever wrong and he never needed a permit. I ask him to call his boss and tell him we would need a refund. He said that's my problem, I asked him again and Hunter said "are you threatening me? I'm a bull dog, don't mess with me" then got in there van and left. I have since been to City Hall to report this, and ask if he needed a permit. The answer was, Yes if it is anything doing with connection to a gas line or the gas line itself you need a permit and inspection.

We were the victims of this company right after the winter storm. Like many of our neighbors, we lost our tankless water heater and were desperate to get a new one. Earl's plumbing replaced ours, and charged use about double for their poor quality work. Breaking it down, a new tankless unit retails for about $1,000 and the installation took two of their supposedly expert plumbers about 2 hours to replace the unit (and damage my home, but that's another story). Earl's charged us $2,700 which comes out to over $400 per hour in labor. I don't know any plumber worthy of $400 per hour. When I challenged the charges, the owner, who hides behind his computer, refused to make an adjustment. He told me in writing that, "if I give you a partial refund then I would have to do that with every customer". Guess he knew he was overcharging lots of customers, just not willing to do the right thing.
Bottom line, stay away from this company or be prepared to pay double!

I called in to make an appointment and ended up having a family emergency to take care of. When they texted me I immediately called to let them know I needed to reschedule. The man was clearly upset and I understand completely, however when I asked to reschedule basically refused to service me and asked if I wanted to reschedule that I would need to call him. I went on google and immediately gave him a 5 star review for the troubles and even called and text afterwards just to be ignored. I just don't understand where compassion and service went these days. Definitely don't use this guy.

This place is a rip off. they charge $185 to come out for service call. And if you want to pay with credit card they add 2% to the total bill. Just greedy. You would think with the astronomical upcharge for the visit they could absorb the credit card fee. this is the cost of doing business guys. you can't be putting everything on the customer. I had a small $10 part needed to be replaced , the visit took 10 minutes. I was charged $185 for the service call and $10 for the part. complete rip off. do not recommend.
