This company Was out to my rental property a month and a 1/2 ago and we have been trying to reach them for 3 days because the work that they did obviously did not hold up and my renters are having water in the basement with terrible sewer smell. Both of us have been trying to contact them and I finally received a call back. The owner said that their office is closed due to someone contracting the covied 19 disease. And that they were not gonna come out to the house to fix anything. They did not give me any time line or say that they could offer me any kind of service for this problem. When I said that it was a possibility that something they did did not hold up they got upset with me and said I should not jump to conclusions and I should just call another plumber because there was nothing that they can do. I paid $1100 to these people for all the work that they had to do out there and a month later it's not working and they won't even make any effort to fix it now. I am very disappointed

I called because the basement drain at our rental unit plugged up. This happens about every other year with tree branches and such. This time I thought I'd try someone local to save on the trip charge. They were able to come out the next morning. They called me later that day and said they would have to come back in the morning because their cable broke off and they needed to get it. I didn't think anything of it. Then I got the bill! OMG. They charged me for 4.5 hours to clean out my drain and another 3.5 hours to retrieve their cable. I called them and said that was ridiculous. I have never had a company take longer than an hour to clean it out before. He said it is a motorized cable so it takes as long as it takes. I said so were the other companies who provided a detail of the junk they removed and yours didn't. I told him he should fire whoever he had running the equipment because they obviously didn't know how to work it. The we talked about the 3.5 hour charge to retrieve their cable. Again, user error??? I got no compromise at all. $788 to go local when out of town companies only charged $207 at the most in the past. WILL NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

Forced to use these individuals due to our home warranty. The technician didn't bring a screwdriver, couldn't get up and down stairs, didn't bring the correct heating element, didn't know what was wrong with the water heater, didn't know how long a water heater lasts, walks out before the job is complete. We were told by the technician that the owner, Bob, doesn't listen to what the employees say anyway.

We eventually got a different company to finish the job, They took one look at the water heater and identified that it HAD been leaking and that they didn't make the parts to fix it anymore. The Office Manager at the second company we used thought that I was joking when I told them the story - then they looked at the review online!

Don't use this provider - they are unprofessional, poorly trained, and talk badly about the owner. The owner doesn't appear to care either - would give them a (-2) star rating if I could. Oh - the owner won't call you back ever. If this place is recommended, run the other way screaming. Dump the home warranty company too if they recommend these guys.

We were forced to use this company because we have a Home warranty program, so they assign the contractor. Short story - it took 3 visits to fix a small leak. The first visit was a red flag. We asked the Home warranty company to expedite the service order because the leak had caused major damage to a finished basement room. It took 3 days to be contacted by Earl's Plumbing and another 3 for them to come out. When he came he did not have the tools needed. A ladder is pretty basic for a plumber, I would think. He asked my husband and son to help him reach the shut off and other things. He did repair the pipe but did not turn the water back on to see if there was more leakage. We noticed soon after he left that it was still leaking, and called right away. Took forever to get them back out. Home warranty would not give us another plumber so 2 more visits later it is finally, hopefully fixed. This also delayed the other work needing to be done in the basement such as electrical and drywall.

Absolutely disgusting company. We were given this contractor through our home warranty. They are legit the most horrible unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my life. The contractor named Charlie shows up 1 1/2 hours late with no text or call! To top that off he moves like a sloth and can barely get down and up our stairs. When you come to someone's home it's a given that you bring your tools from your car. Damn idiot! Plus his boss Earl who is the owner makes extra recommendations that add cost to your bill which isn't covered by your warranty. Funny thing is he wasn't present for the initial evaluation which his contractor Charlie says is enough clearance for him to do the job. When Charlie is asked about this he has absolutely no idea why his boss recommended that. Absolute fools! From the start of July 10 2019 to July 17 2019 absolutely nothing has been done. Earl doesn't call you nor Charlie either unless they are threatened to have the contract canceled! We have given this company 2 chances and nothing but disappointment after another. They know how hot the weather is and didn't even care. We have young kids and a pet in our house! We are reasonable people who just expected things to be done in a timely manner. Due to their in capability they have been canceled. We get a call from our new contractor who ask questions about the part number Earl ordered for us cause he's confused with what's broken. Apparently Earl ordered the wrong part for the wrong thing! So glad we went with a new contractor. He finished the evaluation and fixed the part all in one day! I'm sure 2-3 weeks from now we would have still been in the same situation with Earl. On another note our new contractor is awesome! Timely with the best communication. If your want good service go with Accurate Heating & Cooling. I unfortunately could only pick a 1 star but if I could they wouldn't be in the zero range it would be in the negatives! Please save yourself the headache and go with someone else!

Close your doors!
When I set up the appointment to have my shower cartridge replaced I sent a picture of the part that was bad so they knew exactly what they needed when they came out. The morning of the appointment I called to get a ball park time so my wife didn't have to spend the entire day just waiting around if it was going to be in the afternoon, and if early, she could plan for something after this 1 hour max job was done. Had to leave message. No call back. Guy showed up a little after 9 and had no idea what he was here to do. Wife called me so I could explain. Didn't have part. left to go buy the part somewhere, and came back over 4 hours later and said he couldn't find the part anywhere. Took his tools and left. Only dealt with them because of our home warranty. I canceled the service call and would never call Earl's and would not recommend to anyone. After reading other reviews, They should close there doors and find new careers. I wish I could give ZERO stars!

If I could give zero, I would. They were approved business from our home warranty company for our furnace. The first day, they sent an unqualified, unlicensed inexperienced person, who merely tried to change parts; didn't work. (My husband was teaching him what to do!) Next day they sent his brother, who still couldn't figure out the problem. Third day Earl came out. they thought they fixed it. They waited a few minutes for it to fire up, but didn't wait to see if i would maintain temperature. They left, closed out their home warranty ticket. (It didn't)Furnace still broken, so they came back Monday. Of which, they tried to charge (OVERcharge) us for the visit, because they closed out the ticket. The fix. 1 strap on a pipe. 10 minutes tops. Then they tried resorting to BLACKMAIL. Stating that it was improperly installed. If we didn't pay, they would tell the warranty company. Didn't work. Warranty company COVERS that, (and it wasn't improperly installed since it worked for 17 years!!) Then the tried extortion and threat of legal suit for $342. We will not pay for their incompetence and deplorable business practices. I would NEVER allow them back in my home or ever refer them to anybody!!!!

Nothing like bringing someone in to your home and having them try to con you.

For our house we just bought, we had a few issues with our plumbing we needed addressed and called these guys to see what we could Do.
The price for the garbage disposal they quoted was easily 4x higher than anywhere else AND they weren't going to do the wiring of it, so really what is the point? Evidently, they wanted to redo the entire piping of the house, which of course was silly given that the pipes had already been redone in recent years. We asked about hooking up the waterline for our refrigerator we had just purchased, of course that was going to be this big to do about bending around a wall in the basement that wasn't at all in the way. Whatever a shower cartridge is, which nobody seems to have never heard of, it apparently needed us to completely remodel out bathroom to fix.

I really don't like speaking negatively about people or businesses, but come on. Just because a young couple with a new house calls, doesn't me we are morons and can't see you are trying to rip us off.
