Donald came by today on time and fixed a clogged drain for us! He was very personable and had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes! When he was finished he cleaned the area well. I will call Earls next time I need a plumber!

Called Earl's Plumbing for a quote to install a water heater and Don came by Thursday afternoon. He put together an estimate with options that worked for me. Friday afternoon Don showed up about 2:00p, and probably 3 hours later we were back in business. This was not an easy install by any means, but Don made it work. Thank you guys very much!

I requested a text message when they were on the way because this was my mother's home. They happily did it. The plumber was very nice and cleaned the area the entire time. Our blockage was out 70 ft and almost to the city sewer. It took a bit of time but it got done!

Earl plumbing has a lot of plumbers but some are excellent and some are not so good. One of the plumbers quoted me a prices for septic tank removal when they do not provide that service! So consumer beware but they still advertise this service in the website!

They can rip me off once but not twice. I would never call them again. I'm new to the area and I don't have experience with the local contractors. I paid a hefty price to learn that this is not the company to do business with.

I told the guy the symptoms. I let him do his thing. I didn't tell him what to do. He proceeded to go down the wrong path and charged me for his mistake even though I specifically told him if it's flushing, it can't be clogged. (Red flag and had me nervous. Probably should have sent him home at this point)

He wanted to snake it just in case. So he snaked it to no avail. He charged me anyway.

He finally decided to correctly fix the issue and charged me again.

I paid him again and that's the last time.

I would recommend Earls Plumbing.! Dalton was our technician and he IS THE BEST! He was very helpful, honest, great pricing and very quick. Honestly that was the best service we have had from any plumbing services in the area! Great job Dalton!
