To our amazement! the crew sent out to us was awesome, they guided us by the day and stuck to the plans of work progress. This is the kind of company you want to work for you, they knew what they were doing, very courteous and we want to recommend Earl's Plumbing to all Yuba City & Marysville residents. They can rip me off once but not twice. I would never call them again. I'm new to the area and I don't have experience with the local contractors. I paid a hefty price to learn that this is not the company to do business with.

I told the guy the symptoms. I let him do his thing. I didn't tell him what to do. He proceeded to go down the wrong path and charged me for his mistake even though I specifically told him if it's flushing, it can't be clogged. (Red flag and had me nervous. Probably should have sent him home at this point)

He wanted to snake it just in case. So he snaked it to no avail. He charged me anyway.

He finally decided to correctly fix the issue and charged me again.

I paid him again and that's the last time.

I would recommend Earls Plumbing.! Dalton was our technician and he IS THE BEST! He was very helpful, honest, great pricing and very quick. Honestly that was the best service we have had from any plumbing services in the area! Great job Dalton!

I called Earl's to have someone come and look at water that was found underneath flooring that was being taken out of a bedroom. I called on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a Friday, however, there was a cancellation and I was able to have a tech here on Thursday. Jose came out and was so professional and really listened to everything I explained to him. He did a thorough inspection and we came to the conclusion that the water must be coming from the bathroom that shares a wall with the bedroom where the water was found. I mentioned a couple of other plumbing needs I will need in the future and Jose assured that Earl's could handle it. I will continuously use this company and am very pleased with their services!

Needed a new water heater install at my home.Earls came highly recommended so I got them out for an estimate.The service guy was a nice kid and gave me the business about what I needed,but also tried to sell me equipment I didnt need ,which turned the estimate into a $1000 more than the other 2 estimates I got, cus they didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need...disappointed in Earls trying to pad the bill like that....wont use ever...

We purchased a home in Roseville and not long after moving in we started having issues with the brand new garbage disposal and whole home water filter installed by the previous owners. They had used Earl's Plumbing for the work, so we called them to see what they could do fix the issues. They found the previous account and updated for my info, and scheduled quickly to send someone out. Devin came out, and had been the one to do the previous work, so he knew the history of the items we needed serviced. He repaired the garbage disposal at no charge, and gave us the history on the water filter and explained our options for repair very clearly. He also made us aware that the home had a warranty that included some annual maintenance as well as discounts on service. Devin was super helpful, emailed all the estimates for repairing the water filter, and even followed up to see if we had any questions. I will definitely continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone else needing home plumbing work done.

This plumbing company is so slow, we've been without hot water for nearly two weeks. Whatever happened to 24-hr service? I'd switch, but we have to use Earl's because of our home warranty. I've always installed my own water heaters, but was told I had to have a permit here in California. I don't know if that's true or hype to require a plumber. Installation was finally supposed to happen Wednesday and they called and rescheduled it for Friday. Their not the one taking the COLD SHOWERS! Tired of this run around and lies!

They have a great response time however, if they try to sell you a tankless water heater with a lifetime warranty and you are on a well then that voids the warranty. I feel that probably should have been mentioned when the unit was sold to my parents. Please be aware of this before you buy any products. They also tried to sell us something that works in conjunction with a water softener to help with water hardness and I looked it up and it had horrible reviews. Buyer beware do your research before buying any products from these guys. I'm not sure if they make commission. I know as a person who works in sales I would never try to sell something I didn't think would work for my customers.

Jason from Earl's came and did an excellent job replacing my Kitchen Faucet and two toilets. Excellent service and love their lifetime warranty.
