Earls plumbing came and did a repair at my home and in the process damaged my vehicle, when I told them that night they had damaged it they said the technicians were nowhere near the vehicle so I sent photos and videos showing the management that they were right next to my vehicle with my home cameras and then they said they would review it, they got back to me and said they would not accept responsibility, I of course will not do business with them again because after they said they were not anywhere near my vehicle and I sent videos showing they were, I completely lost trust I wish they would make it right but it does not appear so

When you wake up on a Saturday morning with no water, you expect it will take forever to get an appointment or it will be an emergency call which usually equals big $$$.

The office staff are actually in the office on Saturday at 8 am. I was given a same day appointment. I was sent a text confirming the appointment along with a picture of the technician that would be coming. WOW!!! I love this sort of service.
Technician Dennis is knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough at explaining my problem, which is my pressure tank failing causing my pump to cycle more than it should and wearing out the electronic switch.
He returned the next day, today, and got my system back to perfect working condition.
This has been a great experience.
I had initally wanted to call a plumbing service that replaced my well pump 6 years ago, but the reviews in the last year have been extremely bad!!

Thanks to the YELP reviews by others, I called Earl's Plumbing instead. Thank you YELP!!

Hired to do a plumbing inspection with details of issues and bids to fix the plumbing issues. They took payment onsite. I received a report with photos only no description of what is wrong and no bid for the fixes. Have called the manager, Tech Matt that came out, texted, and emailed. Still waiting for a response. Very unprofessional. It has been over a month since Matt's site visit. They were paid about $400 and sent pictures and nothing else. Never would correct it. Left us in a bind.

Had a water leak in the main line. The technician was there on time and called when on his way, which was sooner than quoted. Had to work with the city permit dept. and other utilities,they took care of getting it all organized. Very please. Will use again!

I had them out to look at my hot water heater as it was giving off a odor of rubber. They came out ,did not do anything other than look at it, said it sounds like you need a new water heater. Gave me a price with them providing the Rheem heater. I asked how much was the heater alone, and was told they don't do that, they only give the package price. I told them I needed a price on the heater only and did not get one. I bought a Rheem hot water heater, and then found out that the odor was coming from rubber boots about a foot to 2 feet from the water heater when temps outside were over 100 deg. So my hot water heater is not the problem. I am out a lot of money getting a new heater and not needing it. If they had actually checked it out, that would have been found and I would be a happy person.

Brandon has been to our house at O'Brien Mtn a couple of times now and we are very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The company is very responsive when we have problems and we've had no scheduling issues. Prices are fair. We wouldn't use any other plumbing service.

Their office Manger is not very reliable when requesting forms to be complete and sent to the insurance.
The plumbing service has been excellent working in my house with a water leak that needed to be taken care of and replaced my pipes.

Can't say enough about Earls! My technician (Scott S.) came out and didn't try to sell me on anything! He told me the problem and all my options and never once did I feel ""pressured"". I will use Earls in the future for all my plumbing problems because of how honest they are! I've had other companies out and being someone that's knows a little about plumbing and my property I've always felt like I wasn't getting the honest truth, this was not the case with Earls. There was full disclosure through the whole process and Scott made sure I understood exactly what was going on and all my options whether or not they made money on it. This is why they will always have my repeat business!

I'm a repeat customer, they do not charge for a service call, they tell you exactly how much the job will cost prior to doing the work and make sure everything works perfectly after the job is completed. In addition to the hot water heater, I upgraded to the circulation pump for instant hot water. I am extremely happy with Earls Plumbing and I must say, Jason is the best Plumber I have ever used...and I have had many over the years.
