Earl's Plumbing is certainly good at what they do. I was well satisfied with the timely manner of work and professionalism exhibited by Jason Reid. I will be sure to recommend Earl's Plumbing to my friends and neighbors. Also, the online scheduling was a very good touch.

Sales heavy and skill light. Poor problem solving by their plumber. They quoted me 13,000 for a drain line replacement after I spent $1000 on snake, camera, and hydrojet. I called a second plumber and he had the problem fixed for $150 dollars in repairs, and a $300 camera. There was a root that went through my drain line.

Earl's was lazy. They didn't problem solve. They wanted to sell me a new drain line. They didn't listen at all. When I explained that the 90% of the drain line they wanted to replace was new, they didn't care. When I asked if I could dig up the problem section of pipe for them so they could examine it more closely, they said no. Everything about my experience was pathetic.

If you are looking for a good plumber that cares about you, don't go to Earl's. I even talked to one of their ex plumbers. He mentioned the training is all about SALES, and not about plumbing expertise. If you want a plumber that cares about making the most money, but doesn't care about your personal needs, look no further.

But hey - they offered 12 month no money down financing on the 13,000 repair I didn't need. So they got that going for them I guess?

We had a hose knob that was stripped and wouldn't turn off. I made an appointment to have them here to look at it and was told sometime between 9-11 which sometimes sucks when you have things to do. They showed up right at 9am and noticed we had a major leak. I absolutely hate dealing with this stuff because of my lack of knowledge in it. The technicians were so friendly and very knowledgeable. They were kind and courteous to our overly friendly pup and nosey toddler. They got it all fixed very quick and at an affordable rate. I am so grateful I called Earls Plumbing and would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys again!

Earl's came out to look at my water heater because the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. The tech wanted to charge me $352 to ""maybe"" fix my problem. In light of that high repair amount, the tech suggested 3 times that I might want to just replace the whole thing for $1800. Another company that I won't name here (Clover Plumbing) fixed it for $150 and he didn't have to guess at what the problem was. I won't tell you who I'll be calling in the future (Clover Plumbing).

I had a small leak, Earl's came out a few hours later found the leak, fixed it, checked for leaks, and cleaned up there work area, they did a fast great job, THANK YOU EARL's plumbing!

My water heater went out. Pete Daniels came out to fix it. He gave excellent service. Explained the step by step process and was a true professional.

I used Earl's occasionally and had no complaints, good service and decent pricing. After each job I would get a detailed invoice and explanation of what was done. But the last time I used them I got a serviceman I was unfamiliar with. He acted rushed, did not give me much of an explanation of what was done and gave me what I felt was an overpriced bill with absolutely no details on it, just the final amount owed. So I called the office and asked for an explanation, was told they would get back to me with a proper explanation. So after no return call after a couple of days I call again and once again I am told someone will get back to me... and no one ever does.

I'd advise going with someone more trustworthy and more professional.

Wow.... we have to much going on. A son of ours, just 30 years young, passed three days before this last Christmas in a terrible accident and we're trying to move on and sell our place with so much memories. We needed work done to three sinks - mainly underneath and get our place on the market. Got a bid from another license Plumber who was about a week out, so we called Earls Plumbing. A staff member showed up and said he could do the work now, but then we felt like we were taken advantage of with not willing to use the new parts that we had for the three sinks. We were shown that one of ours simple bathroom faucet was dripping and should be replaced. We were told we could buy one from them and then quoted $400.00 to $500.00 for it. I told him that a new simple bathroom sink faucet from Home Depot would cost us $30-$50 and take about 20 minutes to install. Of course we declined. After going back and forth with what they did and cost, a 4-5 hour job cost us over $1,200.00. OUCH!

All of Earl's staff members are exceptionally professional and service delivery oriented. From
my first phone call to their expert, in-person assessment and installation, I remain very impressed. I cannot say enough about their service and degree of knowledge about wells and plumbing. Many thanks for their rescue! James did most all of the work for us. He deserves special accolades!

My wife and I needed a number of plumbing jobs done in our home in Paradise. Being mostly disappointed with other plumbing companies in the past we decided to give Earl's Plumbing a try. In a word, they were GREAT"". The plumber who came out, Jordan Buchanan, was highly competent, totally professional and very skilled. He took the time and patience to listen to every one of our concerns and described in detail how he would go about doing the repairs. We were so satisfied with the results that we signed up for annual maintenance agreement with Earl's Plumbing. If we could have awarded them ""six stars"", they would have gotten them.
