Earl's Plumbing is a professional plumber. They called immediately after my 1st inquiry, set up an appointment, gave me an estimate. However I gave them 4 's for two reasons. First being he didn't answer all of my questions to satisfaction. Second because Earl's Plumbing's estimate was $1000 higher than the other 4 estimates I acquired with no stated reasons why.

Earl's plumbing is top-notch. We recently needed 2 major plumbing jobs. Jason did the smaller job which was still a huge job. Willie did the larger of the two jobs. We put the larger one out to bid and they won. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They did excellent work. They were also very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this company and they will be my go to plumbers in the future (although I hope I don't need them anymore).

Well, I had to call Earls again for something different. It seems that my bath tub drain pipe slipped out of the drain pipe it was supposed to be in and there was a leak. ALSO, the mice under the house ate a big hole in the pipe.
I called Earls and they were able to send someone out. They charged me 49.00 for about a 14 inch pipe. Another 45.00 to remove a saddle that was on one pipe that they said I didnt really need. And another 200.00 for doing the work. They should have left the saddle (whatever that is) on and not charged me for removing it. I wont call them again and I told my friends not to use them. Highway robbery...

We had Earl's Plumbing install a water filter system connected to our well water. The technician, Max, was very knowledgeable and also very patient with our many questions. He did a great job fashioning a system that fit into our rather cramped water pump shed. We have used Earl's Plumbing in the past and have always had good service. We would highly recommend Earl's.

Earl's has been great. We've used them a few times for various issues and they've always been clear and concise and done a great job.
We were already using them but then got a referral to ask for Scott. Scott has been great, above and beyond and a quality of service that's rare these days. So, now.. we ask for him.
Our other service guys from Earl's have also been great, but we really like Scott.
He's been very clear on advising us what to do, and recommendations for future repairs considerations.

Keep up the good works guys.. we don't like to have to call plumbers.. but when we do, we know we'll be in good hands.

6 years ago my wife and I moved out into my old family house. We noticed every time we had large groups of people over we would have plumbing issues. We pumped the septic tank which was long overdue, but it still didn't solve our problems. Numerous snaking of the toilets didn't help either. I finally made a call to Earl's. Jason B. showed up and immediately started to problem solve our situation. Step by step he started eliminating issues based on the information I gave to him. After dissolving a baseball size ball of grease in the valve going into the septic tank and removing a thousand acorns from the lines our plumbing is working better than ever. Thanks for all of your hard work Jason B. you've earned a customer for life.

Called Earl's after noticing our water heater was leaking. They sent a technician right away. Great service from Scott and Will! They explained all of the options with our broken water heater and gave three estimates depending on which chose. We went with a new tankless unit which was installed in under 24 hours. Scott checked in the next morning to be sure we had hot water and were happy with the new unit. Great experience using Earl's in Redding and in Chico previously.

Called to obtain a quote for a leak and was set up for an appt the following day. They called the next day and said the tech was tied up and couldn't make it and re-scheduled for the next day. The next day I was waiting for them to show and an hour into the window they were suppose to be there, they called and said the tech was tied up and they needed to re-schedule.... Again! Seriously? I re-scheduled my day to be there in your appt window, and you cancelled... twice. There won't be a third time for us!
