They just ripped off my poor aunt with no internet, so I am writing this for her. She hired these guys to flush her new hot water heater installed in May. She hired them to, because they were the original installer. They sent a unlicensed plumber to come out and flush the tank. The hot water heater was working before they showed up, then they broke the fuse when they uninstalled it. They charged her a additional 150 dollars to drive to homedepot and buy a new fuse and reinstall. Based on all the other reviews. I think they ripped her off.

My mothers water heater stopped working and she called Earl Gray. The sent a tech out and they told her she needed a new water heater. The told her it would be $2716 to replace it. Once I found out I called another company out since the water heater was only 3 years old. That tech found the element was bad and fixed it for $329.

Earl Gray tried to scam an 81 year old widowed female. I called to cancel the new water heater and they tried to act like it was too late to cancel. I then got a call from Mark Gray telling me they had a contract singed and I could not cancel it. When I told him they were scamming an old lady he become belligerent and you could tell he had been drinking any started to swear at me.

Stay very far away from Earl Gray & Sons!

This company has made multiple errors during the build of our home. They continue refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. We continue to have plumbing errors one year after completion of the home building process, and they continue to refuse to take ownership for THEIR mistakes. They bill the customer for every last service fee they find, even when it IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. Kim is very disrespectful and rude on MULTIPLE phone calls I have held with her. I would highly recommend using another plumbing company when possible

Was awaken this morning by the drip drip of a hot water heater leak, called Earl Gray &Sons and they sent Jake to the rescue! Jake was better than a ""Good Neighbor"" and got us repaired in no time. He took the time to explain what happened and reviewed the warranty promise and service they offer. Very happy we called.

Earl Grey & Sons did the plumbing on my new home built in 2015. I've been having issues with the whole upstairs backing up into the bathtubs and showers and toilets with raw sewage and had another company come out for inspection. after they snaked lines, removed a toilet, and went through with a camera they found that the plumbing wasn't installed correctly. It wasn't angled down enough for things to flow all the way down to the main line and over time, it caused a bunch of gunk to build up in the pipes. When I called Earl Grey & Sons to ask them to repair their mistake, they told me that they couldn't have done that, because 'the house wouldn't have passed inspection if that were true', and then they hung up. Clearly it is true, because I am now having to pay over $3,000 to replace all of my upstairs plumbing. Then I will have to pay someone else to come in and repair the huge holes being cut into my living room and guest room ceilings to access the pipes. Any business who outright refuses to acknowledge the possibility of making a mistake is shady, if you ask me. People make mistakes, and when we have professionals stating that this is the problem along with video footage showing it, they are clearly just trying to cover their own behinds and not have to do any work for free...even though they should! They're fully to blame. Do not use them if you want quality work that they stand behind!

I was grossly over charged for a job that required three trips because Earl Gray & Sons could not diagnose correctly or fix the problem. They gave me bad information and caused the water to be shut off for two days. They did not respond to the emergency call number. Had to call them numerous times to get any action. The total bill came in precisely at $2600.00 --how does that happen including a variety of assorted parts with tax? Two men at $100 per hour? The service manager Kriegg would not provide adequate explanation on why two men had to work 17 plus hours with three trips.
I paid for their inefficiency, multiple trips and general lack of knowledge--for $100 per hour per man.
I was told after I questioned the bill they gave me a ""discount"" because they usually charge $120 hour--Seriously? Give me a break!! I got an overcharge.
Earl Gray got was an excessive profit on a job that should have cost half that much! I guess Kreigg made his quota for the month! And they could care less if we never use them again. One and done. Bump and dump.

This is the worst plumbing company in history. I am not sure why any builder thinks this is the best plumber to use for your construction work. I sure will be selling my home because the plumbing work they did is crap. They claim they have a warranty, in the 1st year I had an issue and this company lied that the warranty was for just 1 year, yesterday I had another issue, called the builder and they confirmed plumbing warranty was for 2 years. Their? plumbers are also not patient and knowledgeable, they come in rude, don't want to listen to the issue, make a wrong conclusion and end up saying not liable basically. I called them back today and said my ceiling was leaking, it was urgent and the guy over the phone said ""well live like that until Tuesday when we can get someone out to you""

Thier job advert says no experience required?? When you go around hiring unexperienced plumbers and they having rude and also not experienced plumbers train them, this is what you get!

I can't speak highly enough of Earl Gray and Sons! After Mr Quick attempted to swindle us out of $4200 claiming we needed a new hot water heater when we had a house full of guests, The Earl Gray team came in to fix the salt encrusted sensor for only $100! A $4100 savings! Thank you Earl Gray & Sons for being fair and honest! We will call no other company when we have a plumbing or hot water heater issue. You have certainly earned our business!

This is the worst plumbing service I have ever used. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Staff acts like they don't want to be working so they do a crappy job fast and quick.
