After Chris assessed the area, he was able to see that the soaked carpet was from a foundation issue rather than a plumbing problem. I've had some negative experiences with plumbers before but I was really happy with Chris and his team. The first thing that impressed me was that he was knowledgeable about what he does. I sent a picture of a shower cartridge to a few companies when I was looking for estimates and he was the only one who could tell what it was just by looking at it. He came in person to look at it as well and gave me a reasonable estimate that included parts.

He was friendly and professional when he came for the estimate and when he came for the installation. More importantly, he did quality work and fixed the problem. He made it look so easy that I wondered if I could have just done it myself. However, plumbing isn't really my strength and we have a working shower again so I'm glad I got an expert. I'd highly recommend EAMS plumbing if you need plumbing done in the greater Sacramento area.

Chris quickly answered the phone and scheduled to come deal with a leak in a wall at a time that worked for both of us. Showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it is a leak coming from a second story balcony that requires work on the balcony and a general contractor to repair. Chris felt bad he couldn't make the repair but was honest in his assessment of the problem and gave a very detailed explanation of what he felt would likely fix the issue. We will be using Eams Plumbing in the future for all our Plumbing needs based on his honesty and quick assessment of the problem and not trying to provide unneeded services that won't fix the problem. Highly recommend Chris and his team.

I have to give Chris and his team a massive shout out for having a quality business and actual respectable professionalism.

Basically, we had some broken pipe replacement and repair done a year before that happened the day of our vacation.... and THIS WAS ANOTHER COMPANY....

Well, that repair job just started leaking again and Chris came out and hooked us up with all new piping and replacement. Looks better, functions better, IS better.

He's amazing at communicating when you need it and responding with follow up questions or concerns.

Not that any job is too small or great, but if you have an older home like we do, it pays to invest in quality repair work.
