Saving this company's contact number for future plumping work. We received a response through messaging quickly and was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Before Chris arrived, I had a concern about water from our HVAC and he offered to take a look when he arrived. Estimate was sent via email and very reasonable price. He worked around our schedule to come and fix the pipes downstairs. Arrived on time both times and even noticed our upstairs bathroom was running so fixed that before he left which is now going to save us money on our future water bills.

The pilot light on my water heater wouldn't stay lit. I called Eames Plumbing in Elk Grove for service and Chris showed up and evaluated the problem quickly. The heater was under warranty and he called Rheemes to order the part. Extremely knowledgeable about the problem. He told me how to install the part when it came in and then he didn't charge me. The will receive all my plumbing needs from now on!!!

When we bought our new house in Sacramento, we found that the new house had Kitec plumbing and we have to re-pipe our entire house. After getting 5 quotes, we went with EAMS plumbing and

1. Chris was able to complete the entire repipe on time.
2. His quote was less than almost everyone and he was honest and upfront. He was not pushy about the nice-to-haves.
3. We were out of country the entire time and Chris kept us posted on the progress and patiently answered our questions.
4. Chris also oversaw the drywall patching work (he referred us to an awesome drywall & paint guy (Bret Zipprian) who was also phenomenal to work with.
5. When we had a couple of questions 2 months after the job was completed and Chris stopped by our place immediately to clarify our questions.

I would highly recommend Chris for your all your plumbing needs (complex and simple) and he will be our go to guy for me and my family going forward.

They came out right on time & gave me an estimate which was around the average of several estimates I got from a few other plumbing services. I decided to go with EAMS because of Yelp reviews (5-star) though it was not the cheapest.

They replaced the cartridge in 15 min. JOB DONE

I did not hire this contractor because they would not give a quote over the phone for installing a new toilet. They said it requires the technician to come out there to check out the plumbing. What a scam!

Excellent plumbing team! Our home is on a raised foundation so it's hard to find plumbers willing to go underneath at a decent price. They not only charged a fair price but they fixed a difficult problem that we almost gave up on! They took pictures to show us the before and after shots given the locations. And they never tried to ""up sell"" us on other repairs. Their crew is courteous and respectful when in our home as well. We highly recommend Eams plumbing for any plumbing needs that you would have!
