Called on a rainy Saturday night at 8:00 pm. Jonathan was at my house at 8:30 pm and stayed until 12:30 am clearing my drains. Price was reasonable and everything about the experience was amazing (except the clog!) totally recommend them.

I had removed the P Trap under the sink to fix a drainage problem. While attempting to replace it I found that one side had a lip on the pipe which would require more work than I was prepared to do. In addition, even getting under the sink since I had a recent full knee replacement. Called a plumber who said the they couldn't come out until Tuesday. I didn't want to wait that long. So I called EAMS since they had excellent reviews on yelp. They were able to schedule me the next day. The guys came out within the promised timeframe and fixed the problem. They were very pleasant to deal with. The price was very fair. I would certainly contact EAMS for any future plumbing needs.

A costly 20-minute job to replace a toilet Wax Ring. The young men who completed the work were exceptionally respectful and efficient. But, EAMS charges by the job not the hour. So, it cost me over $500 to replace the ring. Admittedly, they quoted me before the work and I agreed but, only because I was leaving for out of town and needed the repair done. They did a good job but... I highly recommend getting a few other quotes before calling EAMS.

I recently sold my house and had limited time to fix my running toilet. EAMS Plumbing was able to squeeze me in the same week. When they arrived, I asked them to take a look at my water heater too because I couldn't get hot water. They were kind enough to look at it and determined that the GFI just needed to be reset. I'm a widow and I didn't even think to check that because that was my late husbands territory. They had my hot water on instantly (at no charge) and fixed the toilet. Thank you Jordan and Christopher for coming to my rescue.

We had a wonderful experience with Chris and his team member this afternoon. They took a lot of time to break down what the problem was with our plumbing, fixed it quickly and gave us some options to look into for a more long term solution. He took pictures which was really helpful so we could fully understand the issue we were having which we appreciated since we've been having similiar issues for over 2 years and haven't been able to get a good explanation of what was actually going on. We would absolutley recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a leak from the overflow in our upstairs master bath that was leaking into the garage ceiling. We had EAMS come out to take a look. Excellent service from start to finish. I received a text that they we on their way, they arrived at the scheduled time, quoted a fair price, and did the repair immediately.

I called EAMS Plumbing because I had two issues. Two 'slow' draining bathroom sinks and a leaky pipe in my front yard. Chris and Jared came out and now I understand 1,000% why they have FIVE STAR reviews on Yelp. They're completely deserving. They are honest, incredibly professional, prompt and really good guys. Did I mention HONEST?! Chris the owner let me know why the bathroom sinks were slow to drain... it wasn't the pipes, it was the model of the sink and it's lack of overflow. I had already planned to replace both sinks because they were here when I bought the house and he let me know that changing out the sinks for a drop down with an overflow would correct the problem stat! WOW! He could've sold me a bag of goods and told me that I needed to snake the pipes because that's what a different plumber told me I'd have to do but he'd have to come back in a few weeks to do it because his schedule was full. I decided to get a second opinion. I'm so glad I did. EAMS had a cancellation on their schedule and thankfully for me, they came out to my house the very next morning. Chris said the pipes were draining just fine and replacing the sinks would fix the slow drain. Then he evaluated the leak in my front yard and it turns out the sprinkler pipes are quite old and need replacing, as they were leaking plus the old valve needed tightening. Here's the good part, he advised me that it's much less expensive to have my gardener take care of it since it was part of the sprinkler system and more importantly that that would be much more budget friendly for me.Wow right?! I absolutely APPRECIATED his kindness and honesty to help me save money. Such a good guy! I now know who I'm going to call when I need a plumber in the future! It'll be EAMS Plumbing for sure! Thank you Chris, Jared and Deanna. You all are GREAT!!! Wow! Wow! WOW! Just WOW! :)
