When we need the help of a HVAC company in today's age, you're more likely to get a questionable company that only care about making the max amount of money over true quality service. It's so refreshing to get service from a company like Eagles HVAC that clearly cares about quality and customer service. Eagles HVAC Service was honest, fair, transparent and only repaired what was needed. They explained everything as they did it and made sure we understood what was happening. They are good honest people you can trust to do the job.

A truly incredible, professional and caring service. We have worked with George Faltaos for a few years and he's been such a wonderful discovery. Our AC unit broke down in the middle of summer, a very busy time for this industry. Nonetheless, George went out of his way to come take care of us respecting we were in need and that we had small children. Others were far less caring and way more opportunistic. We've worked with George extensively ever since for general maintenance and such and it's been a smooth, transparent and affordable relationship. Highly recommended!

The technician that came out to service our A/C unit was great. Was able to very quickly resolve my issue and took care of it within minutes. He was kind, courteous and explained everything. He told me about the issue, how it was affecting us and answered all of my questions. Just all around great experience. This is the type of company you want to work with. Very respectful of your property and helpful. He even showed up early! Not sure that I've ever had a technician show up on time, let alone early. Just an all around great experience. I would highly recommend these folks. Just honest and friendly. Had that small town, family feel. Very satisfied.

We have had our heat cut off inexplicably 3 times in 3 months. The first 2 times we called the same company who couldn't diagnose the issue and essentially took our money and left us in the same position we were in when they arrived.

Sunday morning, same thing happened again. Eagles HVAC was assigned to us through our home warranty. Even though they were closed, they called and confirmed they received the work order and said they'd be out first thing in the morning. And they were. And solved the problem. I'm nothing short of impressed of the customer service, we signed a maintenance agreement with them because of it. It's the little things that make a big difference.
