Recommended Customer Reviews

Eagel Sewer and Drain Cleaning installed my hot water heater quickly, on time, and with a rare high level of professionalism. I am thrilled that I hired this company and will call them first for any future service needs. Highly recommended!

My parents' toilet got clogged last week and after a few unsuccessful attempts of resolving the situation ourselves we decided to call a plumber. We called Tani from Eagle Sewer because he was highly recommended by a family friend. I am glad we considered the recommendation because Tani not only was very responsive by making himself available within a few hours, but he made what it seemed to us a complex problem, an easy peasy fix, for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend his services and we'll definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you Eagle Sewer.

Eagle called me less than an hour after my request to replace my gas hot water heater. 3rd quote and the most efficient, quality work for the cost! He was the same as another quote , but the courtesy and professionalism stood out immediately! I highly recommend this company! I will use him again!!!

I needed a new water heater, but the one I had was under warranty. I got the new water heater, took the old one out, placed the new water heater in position, and all I needed done was to connect the two pipes on top. I was almost going to try to do it myself, as it did not seem too difficult. Eagle Sewer and Drain quoted me $300. When the Eagle Sewer and Drain plumber came, it only took him 15 minutes and he was done. However, he made the third pipe leak. I am not saying he made it leak on purpose, but probably the solder got weakened when he was heating the other two. There positively, absolutely was no leak in the third pipe when the plumber showed up. I know for a fact, as I observed the pipe extensively, many times, and was well familiar with it. If that pipe had been leaking, I would have told the plumber prior to him coming, that there were 3 pipes that had to connect, not just 2 as I had told him. I pointed out that the third pipe was now leaking, and the plumber claimed he did not do it, but I know for a fact he did. That pipe was the water to the building, and I had not disconnected it as it was not necessary to do so to install the new water heater. Regardless, the plumber quoted me an ADDITIONAL $300 to fix that pipe! This is an outrage! Then he told me it would only take 15 minutes to fix it! So, if you are thinking of hiring this guy, be aware: he charges basically $600 for thirty minutes' worth of work! I looked up the going rates for plumbers and it is between $65 to $85 per hour. So the entire job should have only been approximately $65 to $85 or so, and that is allowing for an entire hour of work. But instead, this guy got $300 per 15 minutes. I told him we could probably just put some Flex Seal on the third pipe that he had made leak, and he said that would not work. Regardless, I refused to pay him an ADDITIONAL $300 and threw him out! I put the Flex Seal on it and it has worked perfectly. My advice when getting quotes: ask the plumber how much time he will need to do the repair and then look up the going rate, and go by that! If I had done that, then the fair rate for 15 minutes' worth of work would be 0.25 x $85 per hour, for $21! I would not have minded paying even $85 for 15 minutes, but this guy definitely overcharged me by 200%! Then, instead of doing the right thing and fixing the other pipe included in the $300, he decided to charge me ANOTHER $300. Hmm so if it was $300 to connect 2 pipes, even going by he's through the roof rates, shouldn't the third pipe have only been $150?
