Recommended by real estate agent for a septic inspection. Shocker, they found $1800 worth of ""problems"". Used them against better judgement since we were pushing to get the house to closing. They claimed they'd stand behind their work. End result, irrigation system broken and leaking in 2 locations, yard is a mess. Spoiler alert, they haven't been back despite repeated calls. Ended up paying others to fix both the yard damage and the broken irrigation they left behind.

Rotten value. There are better, reputable, companies out there.

Not sure what happened on the previous review, but i called at 10am this morning a tech was at my house by 215pm. I was fearing a 1500.00 repair. Because of their honesty of the 2 techs, it ended up being a 125.00 repair. Finding honesty and integrity in any business is an ongoing issue. I did not have to be worried about that here.. thank you!! Would highly recommend to my friends and colleagues. A++++

Awful. Don't even bother. I've tried getting them out to my house on multiple occasions. First time the guy said he was in a meeting and couldn't take my call but somebody would be out later that day. Nobody ever showed up and no calls back. Called multiple other times trying to get somebody out and no response. Finally caught them and scheduled an appointment for 9am today. They didn't show at 9. After multiple texts they said they'd be here around noon. Then 5-6. Then 7:30.

When I asked them if this is how they conduct business, keeping a customer waiting for 10 hours, I got a whole lot of excuses and was told I need to go with somebody else then. As if it was my fault they were providing miserable customer service.

If you literally go with any other company you'll have a better experience than with these people.
