Eagle Quality Plumping installed a tankless water heater with circ pump in my 20 year old home. Tyler and his apprentice were professionals. Install and clean up were perfect. During an install it requires the water line to be turned off. When the water was turned back on, a builder OE plastic fitting failed not related to his work. This caused water to hit the floor in a bathroom. Tyler knew something was wrong and found the leak, stopped the leak and cleaned up the water. This was not his scope of work but he went the extra mile. Then he took a part from his truck and replaced the fitting with a metal unit. Then he took another part from his truck and swapped the plastic fitting from another area of the house so it wouldn't happen in the future. This work ethic and character is getting harder to find. Thank you boys! The electricians were Awesome too !

We had a truck from Eagle Plumbing show up at our house today and tell our dog sitter that they had to do some work due to our "recent foundation work ". We have had no recent foundation work. While she was trying to contact us they went ahead and turned the water off at the meter and did something around the house. Un- authorized and unapproved. They did turn the water back on and everything seems okay......but the whole thing seems fishy.

I have used them before and always had a nice guy that wouldn't even accept tips. My kids clogged my drain the same guy came out and brought a new employee and had to get tools, go under the sink etc. And paid $150. 2 months later The disposal stopped working properly so they came out again. This time it was the new employee that came last time and another guy. They were in my home for about 7 minutes. He said he put ice in the drain and ran hot water and it was cleared.​ The price?? STILL $150!!! I talked to Valerie the manager and she said because they had to come out that's the service fee ad tnay they were at my house for 30 minutes. That included the employees sitting outside my house an additional 15 minutes on their phone. I didn't expect it to be free, at max $50. Needless to say I can't argue with their prices but I won't be doing business with them again just because of plain old morals and decency. BTW I left a great review the first time.

John came to my house in Plano last week and workd on replumbing the house. He worked neatly, efficently and explained all the steps as he worked. He even brought my Mom coffee one morning! I will ask for him every time I need something. John is highly recommended.

I recently had a water heater issue that I first called another plumber about. After basically paying $79 to have the pilot re-lit--even though I told him it would go out again--I called Eagle. Despite having to come out twice, due to a faulty replacement part, Tyler took good care of us and was pleasant to work with. I called Eagle again to fix a leaking outdoor faucet ... a tricky repair due to its location. John and his assistant worked hard and did a great job--again, a nice guy to have working on our home. Sent Tim out. Very professional. Found the issues and the quotes were reasonable for repairs compared the 1st plumber I used and he couldn't find the leaks. Highly recommend Eagle and ask for Tim.

We have used Eagle Quality Plumbing for the past three years on several jobs and they have always done an amazing job. Recently we had a water heater installed at our mothers house and they did an excellent job. They also recently fixed a problem with a facet in the master bathroom. Not only do they do excellent work and provide exceptional customer service, they have honest professional people who stand behind their work and their quotes.

Today, Gustavo installed a tankless water heater and did an amazing job. We appreciate everything he did to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Gustavo and Eagle Quality Plumbing.

We had a couple of small problems, including a sink with a broken stopper and a clogged drain. The technician arrived early (after calling to confirm) and immediately took care of both. He also checked out our hot water heater and did a check on our a/c system and discovered a minor problem that I needed to alert my HUVAC technician about. The price was far below what I anticipated for all of this; the two men who showed up were fast, efficient, clear in descriptions of what they would do and what we needed to do to avoid future problems. I am entirely satisfied.

OK I usually don't write reviews like this unless the company goes above and beyond the service!! They came out the other day and fixed a leak that has been happening since the freeze he knew exactly what it was and then he walked around and said also our outside valves didn't work thank goodness he found that because we would've never been able to turn off the water into our home we were very thankful for His expertise!! He sent out Quan to replace the valves in 102° temp and even though it was hot really hot he got the job done and was a true professional!! If you need a knowledge plumber this is the company to call Eagle quality plumbing!!!

We needed a quick fix of the inner workings of a toilet. I called Eagle and asked how soon they could come and she hesitated. All of her technicians were booked. However, she asked if I'd be willing to be the first on the schedule at 8 and a tech could squeeze me in first thing. I agreed to that and was happy I did. The tech was so nice and quick. Looked at the problem, knew what it was, quoted me a reasonable price and fixed it. I appreciate quick service, but when they are respectful, it makes the experience so much better. Thank you Eagle!
