On a Monday night around 9PM our entire plumbing system backed up. Our washing machine, toilets and garbage disposal were all back-filling into our downstairs shower (no tub). We were in crisis mode, worried about the nastiness overflowing onto our floors. Based on some great reviews on a local forum, we called Eagle Plumbing around 10PM. Dan answered the phone right away, despite the late hour. He was very friendly and helpful. We decided we could hold off on service until morning and asked for someone to come out first thing. Dan was able to arrange for one of his guys to come out at 8AM despite the late notice. The following morning, Mike showed up at the house right on time. He also was very professional and friendly. He inspected the plumbing and realized that the issue was with the city's sewage pipes, not ours. Mike took it upon himself to call the city directly to request service on our behalf. Before leaving, Mike cleaned up the areas in which he had worked. Mike did not even charge us for his visit. Thankfully, the city came out later that day to fix the issue. That evening, Dan at Eagle reached out to us again just to confirm that the City had made it out and fixed the issue. We cannot thank Eagle plumbing enough. They put us at ease right away. It was so refreshing to deal with such an attentive, professional business. Eagle plumbing is definitely our go-to plumbers going forward!!

Eagle Plumbing saved the day for me and my family this weekend! After some overzealous gardening by my dad caused a pipe to burst Niagara Falls style I was scrambling to find a plumber on a Saturday morning. I found Eagle Plumbing on Yelp and spoke with Dan who was so reassuring I immediately stopped panicking. A few hours later, Jeff and Rudy came and although they weren't able to fix the issue immediately due to not having the tools available, they still escorted me to my neighbor's doorstep to kindly ask to hook up to their water line for the night. It didn't work out because there wasn't enough water pressure but I still definitely appreciated the effort.

The next day Greg and Jeff came back and did the work so quickly and thoroughly, they were super friendly and informative and didn't even seem annoyed with the million questions I was asking. Thank you guys! You're definitely going to be our go-to plumber and with our 9 bathrooms you know we're going to need you soon!

I had Eagle Plumbing out today to clean my drain lines. The last time it rained --- some time ago --- I had standing water. Michael cleaned roots out of the drains and said he would be back in a month to check the lines again - at no charge - to make sure they were clear. With the drought, the trees and bushes are looking for any way to get some water and the residual water in the drain lines are their target. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had Eagle Plumbing come out and their work and service level can't be beat.

Wow, not often you find such an awesome company! I called today when my kitchen faucet decided to flood my kitchen. Mike came out and found the problem quick. Mike went above and beyond and I could not be happier! The price was fair and reasonable. I will be calling Eagle again should I have any more plumbing issues.

Had them come in to replace a old garbage disposal. They worked with me to accommodate my very tight time frame and left the place clean. Can't remember what I paid which means it must of been reasonable. Thanks guys

I called Eagle Plumbing for a clogged toilet. I left a message and promptly received a call back. Mike called me back and asked questions to assess the issue. He arrived in a half and hour and fixed the issue timely and reasonably priced. He also said he'd come back for free if I still had issues in a week. Eagle Plumbing is professional, prompt, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

My water heater would not stay lit. So, I called Eagle Plumbing and within 30 minutes Mike was at my door. A few hours later I have hot water again. Fixed for a very reasonable price. No pressure to replace the water heater. No hidden costs. I'm very happy to say I will call them again for my plumbing needs.
