Great workmanship. Efficient. Cleaned up rather well when done! Much appreciated! Polite workers. Worked well as a team. The very few issues we had were resolved quickly enough. Cost was well within our expected price range, too. I would absolutely recommend them. In fact, I just did; a family member has a pipe leak and will be calling them tomorrow morning. LOL.

My husband and I are very impressed with this team. We hired them for plumbing and bathtub installation for a bathroom remodel. Steve came out to do some plumbing work, and Paul and his team came out to handle the tub. There was a slight scheduling miscommunication, and spoke to Sue and the other girls in the office over a few days. The communication between this team was amazing. All of them were very sweet, and Sue was even there for us even after hours to get us handled. Steve, Paul and his team did a great job and had the work done quickly. We REALLY also appreciated we didn't have to ask any of them to wear masks when coming in and out. I am a realtor, and I have always referred my clients to Eagle. My clients have all been really impressed as well, so I will continue to refer them any chance I get. BEST prices also. Thank you again for the work completed this week. Came on a Sunday! On time, professional, wore mask and booties entire time in my home. Had no water pressure for hot water in kitchen sink. The necessary work was completed. I needed further help than what i thought i was capable of. Having two toddlers at the early stages of using the toilet on their own. We had a toilet clog. After several attempts with a 6 foot cable closet auger, i was still unable to clear the toilet and called Eagle plumbing. About an hour from my appointment time, i tried the closet auger one more time as the toilet was used again without me knowing (after i had already cleaned the work area for the technician)...... Success. A single toy came out. I had good flow once again. I called Jeanette and explained the situation. She suggested that i still have someone come out and check. Larry from Eagle plumbing and rooter was our guy. I mean this when i say he was genuinely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered several pieces of advise to confirm, and reassure that i indeed had solved the problem. Things i wasnt aware of to do on my own, or youtube suggest. I am very thankful for their help and willingness. Customer service has been top notch with this company. I will without a doubt contact Eagle plumbing for future needs.
