I'm usually a little skeptical of plumbers... Like men, it's hard to find a good one..lol. Well, this was an incredible surprise. My back lawn was not draining properly. Derek brought out the snake and then got down on his hands and knees to try to find why it was not working getting very muddy. He identified the source of the problem and then provided recommendations of landscape companies to replace the drain pipes. While he was here, he also looked at my water heater, gave some suggestions, and answered my many questions. Imagine my shock when he said there would be no charge since he could not fix the drain. He was here over an hour! When was the last time any tradesman has ever said that??? Eagle plumbing is now at the top of my list for any plumbing needs including a new water heater which I will need within a couple of years.

These guys are the best!! I've used them several times in the past and they've always been friendly, fairly priced, and quick to solve my problems. The other day I noticed water leaking out of my side yard retaining wall. I called Eagle and they sent somebody out early the next morning. He looked around and quickly determined that the problem was nothing more than a backyard garden hose that hadn't been turned off all the way!! I felt a little stupid but was relieved that it wasn't a big expensive repair! He didn't charge me for the service call. I will use Eagle for all my future plumbing needs!!

I have used Eagle Plumbing several times now and have been very pleased each time. The first time was in an emergency leak situation. They had a guy at my house very quickly. He identified the source of the problem, explained it to me in a way that I totally understood, and made me feel reassured about the situation. I wish I remembered his name because he was fantastic.

Equally great was Larry who came to my home twice in the past week. His first visit was because of a leak under the kitchen sink. He was out just a few hours after I called, and he provided me with options to solve the problem.

Larry came out again yesterday to install a faucet and garbage disposal. First, it was very nice to have a plumber over for a reason other than water spurting everywhere! Second, he was great about communicating what he was doing and making sure a few surprises that sprung up were fixed properly.

I have recommended Eagle to friends, and I will continue to do so! Thanks, Eagle!

After a 12 hour work day I got home and went to take a shower and had absolutely no hot or warm water. After going out to the garage and looking at my water heater, I noticed the pilot light was not lit so I tried several times to light it but it wouldn't stay lit. I figured the thermocouple was bad but being tired and hungry, I didn't want to deal with it myself so I called Eagle Plumbing. They dispatched Gerrod who was at my home within 30 minutes of me calling. He agreed it was the Thermocouple and he replaced within about 20 minutes and relit the pilot light which then stayed lit. Thank you Gerrod and Eagle Plumbing, you will now be the first company I call for all my plumbing needs!

If you have a roman tub with Moen cartridge faucets, don't call Eagle to fix it, they don't know how without destroying your tile, per their repair staff. It was repaired in less than a half hour by a local plumbing company that knows how to do it right the first time. It works perfect now and dose not leak!
