Just bought a house in Lincoln and already had a leak! I yelped plumber and eagle came up as the best. Bryan came out, fixed the first problem and as he was fixing it, found mold. He called the owner of eagle who came out immediately to evaluate the situation and jumped on getting a mold specialist out to our house. After that was determined we were ok. We then had yet ANOTHER leak! turned out we had a pressure problem which caused another leak. Again, Bryan came out fixed the pressure in our house and the leak and stayed late to fix it. Very very personable friendly people. I refer to them when people need a plumber

I called Eagle plumbing after my kids got a rubber ball stuck in the toilet. Within just 2 hours they had someone sent out to my house. Donald was sent out. He was super nice and so polite. He fixed our problem in minutes and wasn't even phased at my little ones running to watch him. He definitely deserves a raise! I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing!!

Had issues with our property's manabloc custom-built system and they responded after regular business hours and provided support from the first call. Many other business wouldn't even return a phone call even with their 24-hour emergency service slogans, but Eagle Plumbing did and followed through on every promise from the beginning. The quoted rate is what we paid after everything was taken care of. Very professional and very upfront about their business - well done Eagle Plumbing! We're using you again should we ever have any other issues with our plumbing.

Got an estimate and agreed to have the work done. Was told it would take a few days to get to the job, no problem. Four weeks later haven't heard a word. Called the young man who estimated the job was told he would check on it. Customer care clearly isn't their strong suit. A phone call saying we won't be able to do the job would have been appreciated. Lack of professionalism and lack of follow through is evident.

I called Eagle Plumbing at about 4 o'clock on SuperBowl Sunday. I was planning on scheduling an appointment for a leaky pipe under my sink to be fixed, but much to my surprise they told me that they could send out a plumber right away. The man on the phone told me it would be about an hour and a half until the plumber arrived, but 30 minutes later he was at my door! The plumbers name was Jeff and he was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. He also tolerated my loud dogs which made the experience just that much better. Thanks again Jeff!!

Eagle Plumbing has had a good reputation over the past 10 years that I have used them. However, recently the company has increased their prices to the point where I now call another local plumbing company to do my repairs. Additionally, the quality of work has really gone down hill over the past few years. In 2011 I had a major piece of work done in my home, Tim the owner actually did the work himself. The work was 5 star value and the price was very reasonable, however since 2011, I have found that Tim is now semi-retired and no longer is working and the prices just keep going up. I also believe that the quality of work performed by the company's employees now is very poor. I will not use Eagle Plumbing again...it is really a shame, it was such a great company.
