Our renters spotted a leak in our irrigation pipes. It was 5 PM on a weekday and I wasn't sure we'd be able to get anyone there in a timely manner. So I called Eagle plumbing based on their high ratings and am so glad we did! Though they couldn't do the work until 9 AM the next morning, the technician stopped by that evening to check the leak, determine what parts he would need, and turn off the water to the leak while maintaining water to the household. Detected a leak late Saturday afternoon under the sink.Called Eagle and within 15 minutes Kevin showed up and determined that there was a pin hole in one of the hoses.He had the part on the truck and within 30 minutes from the original phone call he had the leak fixed .

So I called around plumbers to do a shower valve replacement on a Sunday. First Roto Rooter showed up and this guy was terrible in every respect, fowl language, limited knowledge, and gave me a price quote 4 times the amount it should have cost. Needless to say I passed. Roto Rooter two thumbs down. Then I got a call back from Eagle plumbing. A young man showed at the prescribed time and immediately went to work. Kevin was courteous, knowledgable, and a very hard worker...folks this was Sunday night 8pm. He was unable to finish that evening because he needed special fittings and the shop was closed, so he capped my shower lines, so I could have water...wife was very happy with that. Showed up the next day 5 hours early and finished the job. Eagle plumbing was awesome....specifically Kevin. You guys rock and I found my plumbing company for life. Thanks to the team at Eagle plumbing....oh and the price was very right!

Hi All,

I called Eagle Plumbing, here in Lincoln. The call was transferred to their cell phone and was answered while they were at the grocery store. I let them check out and they called me back in 5 min. We set up the appointment on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. Earlier that day I purchased a new faucet at Home Depot, figuring we might need one.

The technician called me and said he was available a little earlier if I could see him. I text him to see if he had a mask to wear and he did. He wore his mask, I wore mine and the call was not long and successful. The head of the faucet that pulls out of the nozzle was defective. Rather than waiting for the part to be ordered and come in, I opted for him to install the new faucet and will look to replace the defective faucet and find another home for it.

Great company, great service. Reasonably priced, especially for a holiday weekend.

Showed on time and friendly. Charged $350 for a 20 min job. That's like $900 an hour. I like to use local, but this is crazy. That's robbery really. If you can afford and price go ahead. Last time for me, sad.
