I had used Eagle Plumbing for several small plumbing jobs. They were quick getting to my home and getting the job done. When I needed a new water heater, I decided to call on Eagle again. They immediately answered the phone, set the appointment at a time that worked for me. The work was done expertly and the price was fair. I want to thank Keelen for his hard work in the heat and letting me be an audience. I learned a lot about plumbing from him. I will definitely use Eagle Plumbing again.

I called Eagle Plumbing. Needed to have a sewer line from the downstairs toilet snaked. Once they started the job they said they could only snake to 6' and the clog was around 10' and the exterior clean out angled towards the street so the toilet would have to be pulled which would incur additional $. They would charge about $125 and leave it clogged or charge me to pull the toilet to complete the job. Final bill came to $325 to clear the line.

So, yes, they did clear the line but with everything they do having a minimum charge it became very expensive. I recommend you shop around for a more reasonably priced rooter service or take out a second mortgage. Good luck.

Jeff W is my hero, and my husband and I will absolutely stick with Eagle and happily recommend them. They responded to my inquiry in record time, scheduled same day service after 5pm with no extra fees, and provided a free estimate on site with no obligation prior to starting the work. Jeff worked quickly and efficiently and was very professional and personable. Unfortunately, the product he was installing turned out to be defective and leaked - by NO fault of Eagle. We were not pleased at all with the service and worked performed. Installing a water heater isn't a complicated and difficult job. During the attempt of install the worker called the office, we were charged an additional $250 because of the mistake on the original bid..WHAT?? that's our fault?? After nearly six weeks we finally got the job signed off by the county inspector. Complaining by Eagle Plumbing that the inspector was a difficult got old, he showed us line for line in the code what was wrong with the job. After many calls to them because of not showing up here we finally got return calls. The job wasn't corrected after several visits, and three notices. So after I went and bought the correct drain pan they had to take out the new heater and re-install it. They did re-inverse the $250 and the cost of the pan after talking to them about what was done and how long it took. On the plus side they were polite and listened to what I had to say, but that isn't enough to use them again or refer them.

On a Monday night around 9PM our entire plumbing system backed up. Our washing machine, toilets and garbage disposal were all back-filling into our downstairs shower (no tub). We were in crisis mode, worried about the nastiness overflowing onto our floors. Based on some great reviews on a local forum, we called Eagle Plumbing around 10PM. Dan answered the phone right away, despite the late hour. He was very friendly and helpful. We decided we could hold off on service until morning and asked for someone to come out first thing. Dan was able to arrange for one of his guys to come out at 8AM despite the late notice. The following morning, Mike showed up at the house right on time. He also was very professional and friendly. He inspected the plumbing and realized that the issue was with the city's sewage pipes, not ours. Mike took it upon himself to call the city directly to request service on our behalf. Before leaving, Mike cleaned up the areas in which he had worked. Mike did not even charge us for his visit. Thankfully, the city came out later that day to fix the issue. That evening, Dan at Eagle reached out to us again just to confirm that the City had made it out and fixed the issue. We cannot thank Eagle plumbing enough. They put us at ease right away. It was so refreshing to deal with such an attentive, professional business. Eagle plumbing is definitely our go-to plumbers going forward!!
