On April 11 2018 we called Eagle Plumbing, they came out and quoted $600 to do a full line cleaning. May 24, we called back to tell them the same issue was back and after a couple of hours the same technician came opened up the drain, and was clear, or so we thought. Before the tech finished he said we would need a camera and quoted $200. We received a quote for the camera that was $350. We declined as we only wanted what we paid $600 for to clear all lines. Yesterday the third time in less than 2 weeks later we still have clogged drains and toilets over flowing. I called again and was told we need to pay for the camera $350 so they could see the clog. Maybe I am naive, and expect a job to be done right the first time and $600 was quoted to do a complete line clearing....... We asked for the manager Charles Robinson to call us and explain the enormous amount paid $600 and technician quotedof $200, and the second quote for the job as $350 for the same job... As of 2p.m. Today we have not heard from this Manger.

Don't deal with this company! They charged me over $500 for a job that required less than 2 hours labor with $20 in material and didn't get the job right. I had to get someone else to come out and fix their mistakes and fix another problem they quoted me $700 to fix for less than $100 and 1 hour of labor. Recap: I got ripped off, charged over $500 for a job not done correctly then given an estimate to repair another issue of $700. Had another plumber repair job done poorly and job estimated at $700 for less than $100. The worst part is they did not acknowledge any wrongdoing and have made zero effort to make it right despite contacting them multiple times Poor work, unprofessional management and unethical business! I wish zero stars was an option and hope you heed my warning and don't get ripped off or taken advantage of by this company like I did. Don't do business with Eagle Plumbing unless you enjoy being ripped off, taken advantage of, and ignored when trying to address your concern.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They were so bad that I couldn't even get them to come out and do a simple fix of a tankless water heater. I kept getting told what was gonna happen and I even gave them my credit card so that they could order the parts. No-show no call. Don't waste your time call someone else.

No Stars here!!! I called Eagle to have a technician come out and evaluate my hot water heater pilot that was not lighting. The technician arrived and attempted to light the pilot as I did prior to him arriving and was not successful. He then suggested that I have the controls changed. After given a price to make the repair I opted out of the replacement to get additional evaluation at quote. I handed the technician a $45 dollar check for his evaluation as advertised and was told that it would be $107.00 because he TOUCHED the water heater while trying to light it. I refused to pay the extra $62.00 for him pushing the ignitor button. Stay away he was only at my home for 10 minutes!!

It took over 3 weeks for this sorry company to close out a 6 month gas pressure test. If time is of the essence and you're looking for quality work....RUN AWAY!!

Absolutely terrible service and the horrible technician I got overcharged for the work. I live in New Orleans and I had a simple main drain line clog that was easy to get to and the technician charged me $500, which I knew it was NOT worth, but had to get it unclogged that day. After he cleared the pipe, all around it was covered in toilet sewage and wet toilet paper and he didn't clean anything up. I would never use this company for anything. They will try to swindle you out of money and are lazy

I guess I am the same as everybody else, this company sucks!! I was charged almost $400 bucks for a 2 min job. The worker even told me his boss said ""not to charge anybody under $350 bucks for plumbing work due to the recent freeze, no matter how small the job"". So if this company is willing to take advantage of people for something like that, why should we call them for anything else!! I wish I would have read these yelp reviews before I called them!

Just wanted to let you know about service I received from Eagle Plumbing Repairs & Drain Cleaning. On 3-12-17 I called because of a clogged main drain. The technician arrived and checked the problem and opted to pull the toilet and ran a machine into the pipe. He did not use the main clean out which is located in the back of the house. He said he ran the line approximately 60 feet and the clog was cleared. I paid $415.00 for the service.

A few days later the clog happen again and the same technician arrived and spoke to somebody on the phone and again pulled the toilet and ran the machine into the pipe about 20 feet until the clog was cleaned. This was under invoice # 11124 and was covered under the warranty.

I was advised at this time if it happen again I would have to contact a company (Another company) to come out with a camera to check the pipes.

A few days later the clog happen again and I contacted another company to come out, and Rooter man came out on 3-23-2017 and checked the problem and ran the machine into the main clean out in the back out the house. He ran it about 60 feet until he came to the end of the line near the bathroom. He then ran the machine in the same line towards the front of the house and the problem was finally fixed. This was done at the cost of $287.00

When I advised them of the work that was done by Eagle they were confused as to why the work was done like it was and stated it was not done correctly.

I reached out to the person I was told to contact Vincent ([email protected]) who basically told me I was out of luck looking for any relief in their lack of doing the job correctly.

SO... I would recommend calling anybody else in your time of need if you want the job done right.

We began having issues with our shower / tub spout leaking, even with the water main to the house turned off. After reading several articles about what could be causing the leak, we decided to try and replace the cartridge ourselves, as recommended by the articles. Unfortunately, part of the plastic cartridge got stuck in the pipe. We called Eagle about the issue and told them we had the new parts available to replace the old.

Upon arrival, the Technician told me it would be $125.00 to diagnose the problem. I promptly reminded him that the cartridge was stuck in the pipe. He then responded with, ""Well, the hourly charge is $225.00"", to which I told him to please proceed as the issue needed to be fixed.

He went to his truck and returned with a torch to heat the pipe, or melt the cartridge, in order to remove the cartridge. Within 10 minutes, the cartridge came out. I asked if he planned to install the new cartridge; he stated it would be an ADDITIONAL charge since the work order did not have ""Install new cartridge"" on it (even though the total work time at this point was 15 minutes). He then told me that he'll do me a favor and see if the new cartridge would fit and, if not, I could have his personal cell phone number to call him at a later time and he could fix whatever the issue was. He halfheartedly placed the new part in the pipe, told me it was the wrong size and told me to go to Lowe's or Home Depot to get the next smaller size (FYI - it was the exact size as the old) and he left.

I went to Lowe's and spoke with the attendant in the Plumbing Department who told me the cartridge I had WAS the right size, so back to the house I went!

I attempted to put the parts back together, but could not get the cartridge to fit. I called Eagle and explained the entire situation and asked if it was common practice to 1) not finish the work, and 2) to charge $225.00 for 15 minutes of work. The representative told me she would call the Tech and the Supervisor to discuss. When she called back, she told me the Tech told her that I requested that he not install the new parts because I wanted to do it myself. I immediately corrected her. She then said she would have a Supervisor contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone.

I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from using Eagle for any of their plumbing issues unless your faucet is uncontrollably leaking dollars from it, which you could use to pay Eagle for their half hearted attempt to correct your issue, and then you can do it yourself.
