I guess I am the same as everybody else, this company sucks!! I was charged almost $400 bucks for a 2 min job. The worker even told me his boss said ""not to charge anybody under $350 bucks for plumbing work due to the recent freeze, no matter how small the job"". So if this company is willing to take advantage of people for something like that, why should we call them for anything else!! I wish I would have read these yelp reviews before I called them!

this is the worst company to do any plumbing at your home or place of business. these people came in never fix the problem but charged me 300 bucks for nothing. in the process of them so called fixing things they broke my toilet in the process. i have four kids and was robbed by these crooks

Just wanted to let you know about service I received from Eagle Plumbing Repairs & Drain Cleaning. On 3-12-17 I called because of a clogged main drain. The technician arrived and checked the problem and opted to pull the toilet and ran a machine into the pipe. He did not use the main clean out which is located in the back of the house. He said he ran the line approximately 60 feet and the clog was cleared. I paid $415.00 for the service.
A few days later the clog happen again and the same technician arrived and spoke to somebody on the phone and again pulled the toilet and ran the machine into the pipe about 20 feet until the clog was cleaned. This was under invoice # 11124 and was covered under the warranty.
I was advised at this time if it happen again I would have to contact a company (Another company) to come out with a camera to check the pipes.
A few days later the clog happen again and I contacted another company to come out, and Rooter man came out on 3-23-2017 and checked the problem and ran the machine into the main clean out in the back out the house. He ran it about 60 feet until he came to the end of the line near the bathroom. He then ran the machine in the same line towards the front of the house and the problem was finally fixed. This was done at the cost of $287.00
When I advised them of the work that was done by Eagle they were confused as to why the work was done like it was and stated it was not done correctly.
I reached out to the person I was told to contact Vincent ([email protected]) who basically told me I was out of luck looking for any relief in their lack of doing the job correctly.
SO... I would recommend calling anybody else in your time of need if you want the job done right.

We began having issues with our shower / tub spout leaking, even with the water main to the house turned off. After reading several articles about what could be causing the leak, we decided to try and replace the cartridge ourselves, as recommended by the articles. Unfortunately, part of the plastic cartridge got stuck in the pipe. We called Eagle about the issue and told them we had the new parts available to replace the old.
Upon arrival, the Technician told me it would be $125.00 to diagnose the problem. I promptly reminded him that the cartridge was stuck in the pipe. He then responded with, ""Well, the hourly charge is $225.00"", to which I told him to please proceed as the issue needed to be fixed.
He went to his truck and returned with a torch to heat the pipe, or melt the cartridge, in order to remove the cartridge. Within 10 minutes, the cartridge came out. I asked if he planned to install the new cartridge; he stated it would be an ADDITIONAL charge since the work order did not have ""Install new cartridge"" on it (even though the total work time at this point was 15 minutes). He then told me that he'll do me a favor and see if the new cartridge would fit and, if not, I could have his personal cell phone number to call him at a later time and he could fix whatever the issue was. He halfheartedly placed the new part in the pipe, told me it was the wrong size and told me to go to Lowe's or Home Depot to get the next smaller size (FYI - it was the exact size as the old) and he left.
I went to Lowe's and spoke with the attendant in the Plumbing Department who told me the cartridge I had WAS the right size, so back to the house I went!
I attempted to put the parts back together, but could not get the cartridge to fit. I called Eagle and explained the entire situation and asked if it was common practice to 1) not finish the work, and 2) to charge $225.00 for 15 minutes of work. The representative told me she would call the Tech and the Supervisor to discuss. When she called back, she told me the Tech told her that I requested that he not install the new parts because I wanted to do it myself. I immediately corrected her. She then said she would have a Supervisor contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone.
I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from using Eagle for any of their plumbing issues unless your faucet is uncontrollably leaking dollars from it, which you could use to pay Eagle for their half hearted attempt to correct your issue, and then you can do it yourself.

If there was a rating of 0+++ that is how I would rate this company. I live in California and have a rental property in Louisiana. My tenant called this company to replace a garbage disposal-- the cost of the disposal is $90 at Home Depot which is located 5 minutes from the house. The technician, Desimom quoted my husband $245 for the work and they ended up charging my card $490!! When I questioned the charge the technician told me they charged for ""going get""--his exact words-- the pump?? How did we get from $245 to $490?? I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company for the second time. I received a non-itemized receipt from my tenant after I asked repeatedly for a cost breakdown. Funny thing is, the receipt they left my tenant is different from the one they sent to American Express!! They added all kinds of information to the copy they sent AE--this really helps me! This company has no integrity, no ethics, and zero morality. We contacted the owner for resolution and he never bothered to call back. I really wish I would have checked this site before I worked with this company. Do not use this company for anything.

I am a flood victim. And was desperate for help. The plumber showed up and after showing him the work he gave me a quote of 1225$. I need a tub valve installed and a couple pipes capped. Me, obviously not knowing what scope of work that truly requires. He made me believe that what I was asking was extremely difficult and time consuming. It took him less than 4 hours to complete the job. That's 300$ an hour... He came unprepared and used our tools. And when I made a joke about charging him for tool rental, he began to threaten me. Saying he was going to charge me even more for the work. When he welded the caps he didn't use a guard and now I have burnt up studs in my wall. He didn't clean up after. He was rude and disrespectful. And when we did a pressure check. One of his welds was crappy and was severely leaking. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.

Well, I guess this will be in line with all of the other reviews here. This place is horrible. I am looking to get an estimate to run a gas line from my meter to a new pool heater. On Friday, they said someone would be out by 10:00am; no one showed. On Monday I called again, the lady said she would have someone call me back--nothing. Called again Tuesday (today), they said I wasn't even in the system, set me up for another appt. tomorrow, then told me it would be a $45 fee for them to even compete for the $2K job. Good luck if you actually decide to use these people.

never wrote a review before but had to for eagle plumbing. what a rip off company. had water gushing from underneath my house and water backing up in toilet and bathtub when i used the washing machine so this was a real emergency. i accidentally called eagle plumbing and hung up after i realized it wasn't the plumbers i was trying to get. ms. claudia called me back and asked if i called them. well this was an emergency so i explained to her my emergency. mr. vincent showed up with a bad attitude i sensed. i told him what trouble i was having so he checked things out and said it was a copper pipe behind the bathtub he needed to replace. he said the trip cost would be $107.00 plus $375.00 to fix the problem. i just wanted it fixed so i told him to fix it. he also stated to me that the pipes under the house needed repairing and it would cost $3500.00. i thought that was too high so i told him if he could do the repairs for cheaper then i would give him the job. the next day ms. claudia called me to say they would do it for $2500.00. i said ok. mr vincent repaired two pipes and the problem still was not fixed.
a friend of mine looked under the house to see what he did for $2500.00 and all he saw was two pipes replaced. when i called the office to tell them i was overcharged for the work mr vincent did the manager mr. charles said he would send mr vincent back to take pictures so he can assess the work. mr. vincent said to me that the condition he worked in was deplorable, he was still fighting off mosquitoes, most plumbers would not work in deplorable conditions and that he boss had to pay for his insurance. i asked him ""am i suppose to pay for your insurance and plumbers do work in deplorable conditions. i have never had an experience like this in my life. he later called and said he would take $500.00 off. never heard back from mr. charles until i reported this to the attorney general's office for price gouging, i live in baton rouge and this happened only two weeks after the great flood of 2016. i later had to hire another company which fixed the problem and it cost significantly less and i was a happy customer.

MISERABLE SERVICE!!! The plumber was over one hour late. Swindled and lied to for $195.00. One floater and 10 minutes of work. The plumber parked in my shared driveway and would not park on the street when I asked him to. I explained that my neighbors might need to go somewhere. He informed me he would only be in my house for 10 minutes. He told me that he needed to use one of my towels to clean up the water he had spilled and also emptied water from the toilet into my waste paper basket. I told him that for $195.00 I thought I should at least get a new flapper, he said no. I told him the chain looked too long and that I thought it might get caught under the flapper. He said no. Of course, the chain now gets caught under the flapper. I gave the manager, ""Mr. Charles"", the opportunity to remedy the situation and was told that he would have to investigate it, but promised that I would hear from either himself or Ms. Claudia by the end of the day yesterday. I never got a call from anybody.
UPDATE: It is about 45 minutes since I first posted my review. I was speaking with Ms. Claudia about the service I received and was told that Mr. Charles said that he would refund me $50.00 if I would take down my bad review.

Showed up on time. Pleasant and efficient. Took care of my shower plumbing issue and even adjusted the rain head in master bath! Eagle Plumbing is definitely on my go-to list and should be on yours too!
