We have hired Eagle Plumbing for several jobs. They do good quality work and back it up with service later if needed. Example: They put a new faucet and RO water filtration system in our kitchen. About two months later the RO filter stopped working. I called them and within a few days they were at my place replacing the faulty system. It was the manufacturer's fault it stopped working, not theirs. However, the replacement labor was free as well as the replacement system. Then another two months later the replacement system stopped working. They came again in a short time and replaced that system with a different manufacturer's system that I supplied (got it at Menard's), and refunded the price of the system they had originally sold and installed. The replacement labor was free. It was a bit of a hassle to have the system replaced twice, but it wasn't their fault that it failed and they came through with no labor on making it right, and a full refund on the system that failed. I'm satisfied. Thanks, Eagle!

Called to see if I could have someone come out to run two pex lines to a new tankless water heater and sign off on the warranty paperwork and was told, nope, he wasn't interested in the work. Would have been easy money for a five minute job. Great business ethics. Won't be calling them for further work.

Hired these guys to come fix my shower. The service was somewhat good. A few days later my faucet in my shower broke. They came the next day and it was fixed at no extra cost. I wish I would had received a ""credit"" to my total bill given the quality of the work.

The crew arrived on-time and took exceptional care to keep the entire house clean as it had been raining. We had all of the water pipes replaced including the pipe from the water meter to the house.
