Zeke and Moses came out after-hours to fix our emergency toilet back-up. They came within minutes, did a great job helping me mop up with towels and kept me informed as to what was happening and how I could prevent it in the future. I was expecting total shock but the bill was manageable and very fair for what they did. I can't imagine calling any plumber but Eagle. These guys are awesome!

The second time I've called these folks, this time to replace a main water line from the meter to the house. They sluiced under a large sidewalk meaning I don't have to do concrete work to finish the job. The men who did the job were friendly, and approachable, meaning that when I had the usual homeowner questions, I felt free to ask, and always received a clear, to-the-point reply.

The job was clean and professional, and the workmanship excellent. The cost was well within range, and the job was done in one day. We had water when we came home!

I am a remodeling contractor, know what I am looking at, and would recommend this company 'in a heartbeat'.

Zero Stars. I called and explained twice to the woman that the jets in my bathtub
weren't working. The motor cranked, but no water came out of the jets. She set up an appt. for the next day. The guy came within the two hour window, but told me he doesn't work on jetted bathtubs. He told me either he or the office would call me later
that day with a referral to a company which works on jetted bathtubs. Neither called.
Incompetent? You bet! Unprofessional? Absolutely! I'll never call or refer anyone to
Eagle Plumbing again!

Had a moment where I thought I could fix the leaky backyard faucet, I was wrong. Zeke from Eagle Plumbing, corrected my errors, with kindness and professionalism. I've had them work on other major projects in the past and any new project dealing with water, I'm gonna call them first. Zeke was prompt and the bill was dramatically less than what others were quoting me, just to come out and look at it.

Called them twice due to a personal recommendation. They didn't call back the first time. I called them three days later and was able to reach an actual person and explained the situation to a nice woman working the front desk phone. She promised an appointment window of 3-5pm two days later. I left work early on the appointed day to sit at home and wait. They no-showed. I called their office and left a message. No return phone call.

I can't vouch for the quality of their installs, but no-calls and no-shows just aren't acceptable. Time is money for everyone, including the customer.

Called them for a water leak at an apartment building in Sunnyvale. They showed up on time & called me prior to the appointment when they were on the way. The leak looked bad, but after diagnosing the problem it turned out to be a fairly simple fix. The price charged didn't even break $90, which I thought was very fair. I've had a hard time over the years finding a reliable plumber for the building & now these guys are my first call when I need a plumber. Thank you & great job!

This business has NO respect for your time!! I was given a 10am to noon appointment window and the technician did not show up at all. No call, nothing. I called the office at 12:15 to see what was up and was told, my appointment information never got to the dispatcher due to a computer glitch! Never heard that excuse before!! They apologized and gave me another appointment between 9am and 10am the next morning, promising it will be all on time. Same story.....nobody showed up, and no call from the technician....so I called back and cancelled. Stay away from Eagle Plumbing....they are totally unreliable and unless you want to wait around all day for the plumber to arrive, go with a different company.

I was given a window of 10am-12pm I called at noon to say he was not here and was assured he would be here in 20-30 minutes. I called again at 1pm and was told the same thing. He showed up @ 1:15pm in jeans and a t-shirt wearing work boots and just walked into the living room. I told him to remove his shoes and he came back up with booties. Then asks what the problem was offering ZERO apologies or reason as to why he was late. Yes, I LOVE putting my morning and early afternoon on hold, NOT!
