Worst service. Two-hour window appointment and was late for another hour. Did not communicate and I had to call multiple times to find out the status.

We had our new refrigerator to be delivered but the hose from the old one to the water connection was too old and the technician did not want to touch it and he had asked us to call a plumber. We called 10 companies even to emergency ones and no one was available the same day. We were told maybe in 3 hours someone will call. When I did call Eagle Plumbing it was about 11am I was told they have no emergency service but can send someone the same day between 2-4pm. The plumber arrived after 3pm , he did a great job it took him 1.5 hour they charged $85 an hour and our refrigerator was delivered the next day. I highly recommend. Eagle plumbing for the fast and honest response and good job.

Josh and Rico took care of my bathroom toilet clogging problem. I have back-to-back toilets and one worked and the other didn't. I pulled the toilet myself and still had a clog issue. They came out and snaked the drain and also ran a closet auger through the toilet just to be sure. Nice people. Easy to talk to. Arrived a little later than scheduled, but they called and let us know they were delayed on the previous job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Paid for nothing. Said they could help us with our fireplace, but over promised and under delivered. Then charged me for it. So much for customer service

I referred Eagle to my real estate client as previously I had excellent service for other clients over the years. This time the technician came, looked at a gas line issue associated with a fireplace, then said he couldn't do the work (was assured over the phone they do fireplace gas work) and then billed them $85 dollars for determining they couldn't do the job. I think billing when they can't work on a problem, for whatever reason, is not how you build customer satisfaction.

Eagle Plumbing was scheduled to come to my house to fix a plumbing issue. They no showed. We never got a call. We called and the main office said they'd be there soon. They never came. They also don't make calls to say they are on their way and that they'll be there soon - you have to be there the whole two hour time window. I will never call them again.

** BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOLE SKILLS**
The tech that came out was great. However when they completed the repair on my washer/dryer unit they tore the vent hose so I called and left a message requesting to have it repaired. I got a call back from a woman stating they couldn't come out unit the next day, i informed her i had wet clothes that needed to be dried and she hung up on me. I called back and requesting a manager or owner she stated she was both and she could hang up on me because I'm just the tenant not the owner. I informed her regardless of who I am, I'm still a person and you don't treat people that way. I will never refer them or use them.

Eagle plumbing is very unreliable, they don't show up for their scheduled appointment. We have hired them twice both times they arrived very late, over charged us and did a terrible job. I would not recommend them, they would waste your time and your money.
