Another AMAZING experience with Eagle Plumbing!!! Several years ago they installed a water filtration system in our home and it was by far excellent money spent!! So of course, Eagle Plumbing was our first call to get our standard hot water (which had far exceeded its life expectancy) switched out with a tankless water heating system!
First off, the customer service we received with Casey was beyond reproach!!! She was in constant contact with us from the first call, scheduling our estimate, getting our system order, scheduling our installation and follow up!!! She was so patient with me and all my many questions, friendly, outgoing and THOROUGH! She made sure I had ALL the information I needed and when I would call back with additional questions, she always took the time to find me answers!

Justin was my installer and AGAIN ANOTHER AMAZING experience!! He is so professional, friendly, detail oriented and also so thorough! From the estimate portion to the installation, he too was so patient with my questions and made sure I understood the new tankless system! Impeccable service!

I can't speak HIGHLY enough of both Casey and Justin; BOTH go above and beyond! If you ever have ANY plumbing needs Eagle Plumbing needs to be your first call!!!

Water from the washing machine backed up into the kitchen sink. Called Eagle Plumbing February 17 to clear the obstruction costing $175. Was double charged due to a ""computer clutch"". They made good and promptly refunded the overcharge. Two weeks later when doing the laundry, water backed up into the kitchen sink. Obviously, clearing obstruction was not properly done. Called Eagle Plumbing again to fix the problem. The call back should not be charged on a second visit for the very same problem, but because they don't backup their work, had to pay an additional $140. In essence I had to pay $317 to get the job done correctly. Since they don't warrant their work, I would suggest not doing business with them. We will never call them again.

They are always very responsive and upfront with charges, even before they arrive. I've used them several times and they are who I call when I need a plumber.

Called Shannon@ Eagle Plumbing about noon...Had a broken pipe in side wall to spicket..NO WATER...She guaranteed I'D have water by end of the day...2 men showed up a few minutes after 4...The lead man had a solution and fix immediately...He and trainee had my pipe fixed and new spicket installed, with minimal cutting to my wall in just 40 minutes!...incredible service...at a very fair price

Needed them QUICK. That they did. Good service. That they did. Wife signed bill, I wrote the check. Looked at bill after the fact. They have a ROOF charge. I spoke with them, still not resolved. I have a coupon though.

Eagle Plumbing installed a gas line for my stove. They did a good job and charge a fair price. They were quick completing the job and made sure the area was cleaned up after the job. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.
