Jared came to us and helped with our heating issue. It had to have been an extremely busy day with all of the cold weather and Jared was able to fit us in his schedule. Jared is not only personable and funny, but he does a really great job. Helped me with wiring up a smart thermostat (that he troubleshooted and found a faulty wire with,) and also installed a dishwasher, washer, and dryer as fast as any human being could possibly do those things. Plus, he let me use some of his drill bits while he was working on that so I could hang my TV without making yet another trip to the hardware store... Thanks Jared!

Dealing with an old heater...just want to limp through one more winter before replacement. Scheduled three outfits to take a look and let me know our options. First two had little interest in seeing if they could get it working. Wanted only to sell me a new unit. Very pleased with Eagle Mountain's service. They were very pleasant to work with. I don't usually post reviews but I was very impressed. They actually showed up on time and the right day! You don't get that very often with companies here in Big Bear. Usually I consider myself lucky if I even get a call back the same day or at all. We used Eagle Mountain for a leaking shower. We called and someone actually answered the phone and very promptly scheduled us in for 9am the next day. Jared showed up right on time and was very professional and had us up and going very quickly. We are very happy with Eagle Mountain's service. Great people and great service! We have tried other companies in the past and get no call back or just plain incompetence. I highly recommend for your plumbing or solar needs!
