Jared is not only personable and funny, but he does a really great job. Helped me with wiring up a smart thermostat (that he troubleshooted and found a faulty wire with,) and also installed a dishwasher, washer, and dryer as fast as any human being could possibly do those things. Plus, he let me use some of his drill bits while he was working on that so I could hang my TV without making yet another trip to the hardware store... Thanks Jared!

Dealing with an old heater...just want to limp through one more winter before replacement. Scheduled three outfits to take a look and let me know our options. First two had little interest in seeing if they could get it working. Wanted only to sell me a new unit. Jared of the third outfit; with Eagle Mountain proved to be the difference. 20 minutes was in and out and our heater works great. Not hard to figure out who gets the new heater business next year. Very pleased with Eagle Mountain's service. They were very pleasant to work with. I don't usually post reviews but I was very impressed. They actually showed up on time and the right day! You don't get that very often with companies here in Big Bear. Usually I consider myself lucky if I even get a call back the same day or at all. We will absolutely be using Eagle Mountain for our future needs for plumbing and solar!!!!!!

We used Eagle Mountain for a leaking shower. We called and someone actually answered the phone and very promptly scheduled us in for 9am the next day. Jared showed up right on time and was very professional and had us up and going very quickly. We are very happy with Eagle Mountain's service. Great people and great service! We have tried other companies in the past and get no call back or just plain incompetence. I highly recommend for your plumbing or solar needs!

A pleasure to do business with. How often does that happen anymore?

Last year, the sewer on our cabin backed-up and the property management company called out another company to clean it out. The sewer line needed to be replaced, so we went with that other company. When they were out, the tried to hard-sell replacing the furnace. I finally let the guy scope it and he admitted it was old but not cracked.

Fast forward to this year. We did want to replace the furnace and add a/c. So we called that other company and Eagle Mtn. The other company came out and told us the heat exchanger was cracked and had to replace the whole thing. I told them that their other employee had scoped it not too long ago and it was fine. They left embarrassed and didn't even bother giving us an estimate.

We contacted a Second company and got an estimate from them, and Eagle Mountain was the third estimate we asked for. The Second company was more expensive then Eagle Mountain, and was not particularly pleasant to deal with. (I don't know what pooped in their cheerios that morning, but they were grumpy.)

Tom from Eagle Mountain came out and was friendly, clean, and explained everything. He was cheaper then the other company AND included more work AND a wireless thermostat. And did I say he was cheaper?!

We gave Eagle Mtn the key and alarm code to the cabin. Everything went quickly and turned out excellent. We could not be more happy.

We highly recommend TOM and FRANCINE (who cheerfully answers the phone and choreographs everything.)

We've had a cabin in Big Bear for 10+ years. We've used a number of plumbers depending upon the issue, but have always found Eagle Mountain to be the most honest, fairly-priced, and competent in resolving the plumbing problems we've experienced.

We have a vacation home in Big Bear and the heater went out in the middle of the night. We called Eagle Mountain and they came out promptly. I received a fair and competitive quote from Tom. He showed up for the repair exactly when he said he would and did a great job. All of this over the phone since we're in LA We will definitely use them going forward.

They were on time (for Big Bear)! Tech Dale did a great job and the water filter we had installed works great. They answered phones and all in all did a great job. Would have reviewed the plumber that did our other work but they're not on Yelp (yet). The plumber didn't park in the driveway; that's very good since just about everyone who is coming to bid or service leaves big old marks on driveway. Rude! Next come a pressure regulator.....
