Dunno what the other reviewers are talking about. Then again, most are from years ago. I'm new to Sturgeon Bay in 2024, having just bought a house in town. Whenever I've called, I've gotten an appointment within a week or so, the guys that turned up did so on time with everything they needed. Every. Single. Time. Plus, when Dave came to get the A/C squared away, he shared additional advice/knowledge about the house, which they've serviced for years. Bailey was also impressive when he came to do needed follow up work to get the rest running right. I will rely on Eagle for my central A/C, my attic forced-air furnace, my water softener AND the hydronic heating system in floor and ceiling. I'm taking advantage of their semi-annual service for the coming warm/cold weather soup to nuts and appreciate the peace of mind that gives me.

Oh, and Blaine, an estimator, even made a house call to check the basement with me before the installation of a much-needed dehumidifier.

I love these guys!

Seriously capable HVAC people, courteous, helpful and if you ask questions, they will answer with details that help in the future. Finding skilled tradesmen with knowledge of a property is invaluable to me.

I have used Eagle Mechanical in the past, but recently, they have lost their mojo.

I called them three times and each time was told that someone would get back to me. Nobody ever called. Disappointing.

Last fall 2017 I had Eagle Mechanical install a new furnace. They had to remove and reconnect the 2 year old air conditioner. Upon completion the furnace smoked and the house smelled awful. I was told that they may not have cleaned all the oils out of the heat exchanger at the factory. They recommended running the furnace with the windows open until it cleared up. After a week of 24 hour a day furnace operation there was no improvement. I demanded they replace the furnace. They sent a technician over and bypassed the furnace safety system to run it on super hot. Still smoking. At this point I was out of time and ready to close up the house for the winter. The next spring the smoking furnace continued smoking for another month but now in July the air conditioner, they disconnected and reconnected, was not working. Eagle sent over a tech a week later and he said the air conditioner was empty of the refrigerant it had last fall. The tech said that a valve was reconnected and failed to hold the refrigerant. Eagle has failed to admit they were responsible and billed me an additional $350.55 to replace the refrigerant.
In July 2018 I wrote a letter to the owner of eagle Mechanical explaining my position. On Sept.27, 2018 I received a invoice to pay $350.55 with out even a note or response to my letter. I will never engage this company again. They never offered me any compensation for the weeks of wasted propane trying to clean up the smoking furnace and now refuse to acknowledge they caused the leak of refrigerant.
Don't use this company if your expecting to be treated fairly.

We've called for weeks on end and keep being told ""we'll have someone call you"" but no one ever does.
I even went by and asked if something was wrong or if someone on my end had offended them or if there is some bill outstanding... ""Oh no, everything is great. We'll have someone call"".
Utterly unprofessional.

2 1/2 weeks after we ordered an April aire to be installed. No return phone calls from the start. I am going elsewhere.
