I had a great experience with Eagle Drain. I called early this morning around 7am and was happy to hear that they were able to get to my house mid to late morning. They called when they were on their way about 10:15am as promised. Don and Shane were both extremely friendly and helpful and did a great job. Also the price was very reasonable. From now on, I will be using Eagle Drain for my annual main line clean out. Thank you guys!

I called Mr. Don Mitchell on 9/19 to fix a clog in my t laundry drain. He set an appointment for between 10-12 on 9/20. My husband took off half a day to meet with Mr Mitchell and we waited until 12:00 before he had to return to work. This was one of only two days off I had all month and I really didnt want to spend it waiting for the drain guy. I tried calling Mr Mitchell with no answer for the next couple of hours. His voicemail is full and does not accept messages, probably from customers who are frustrated and angry! He finally called me at 4:00 and asked what time we had set the appointment for because he didn't have anything written down and I told him from 10-12 this morning and that I had waited all day for at least a phone call. He told me he had no memory of setting a time. I told him if he as little respect for his customers than I would find someone else to do the work. His response was "" good luck finding someone who walks on water"". I have no idea if he is good at his job but his communication and customer service skills are horrible. I would not call or hire this man for any job, unless you plan on wasting your days off waiting for him to walk on water.. DO NOT HIRE
