I would especially like to point out that this was the best response time I've ever had, especially on a Labor Day Weekend. My air conditioner was quickly diagnosed and repaired. We live in the Palm Springs area and things that sit in this heat don't last long. We needed a new swamp cooler and we needed it fast. Eagle Air came highly recommended from a friend of mine. So I gave them a call, and much to my surprise they said they were available to come out the very next day to install a brand new system. They even went out of their way to set up a custom frame to hold the new unit outside. They were great to work with, and were very helpful with showing me how to use the new system. They even color matched the paint so it would look custom. They also followed up the following week just to make sure everything was working properly. The service was great and the price was even better. Would highly recommend!

Made an appointment with Mark Edwards and he had his technician Brandon come out to check our system and clean it all. They are very professional and respond on a timely manor. I did not have to be home in order for them to check my air conditioning, just left the gate open to the back yard. They are a very trustworthy company and will be using them in the future in order to move my unit to the side of the house. When I came home and checked my unit, I have never seen it so clean before (we bought out hose used). The whole unit was cleaned and the concrete around it as well. Brandon also changed the filters inside the house and peaked up in the attic in order to get a good view on how to move the wiring and venting system. Amazing company to work with!!
