Will not used them ever again. There was a surcharge for using a credit card that was never mentioned until it was time to pay. The plumber never returned with the invoice and we had to get a copy from the billing department. After looking at the invoice, there were hidden charges (no wonder he was delayed in returning the invoice which we never signed). We have additional plumbing work that we wanted done but thought we'd give this company a try because they were cheaper than our previous quotes but we will never use them again. On to the next plumbing company. Fingers crossed.

Eagerton's Septic Tank Pumping pumped out my septic tank 9/9/24. my toilets still would not flush. ask for a copy of the work and a receipt for the work. There is a note """"Baffle is broken and fell down inside tank"""". I have called 4 times asking just for an explanation and have a plumber come take a look. My toilets were slow but they would flush until they came. I had to get a plumber come take a look to tell me it's backed so now I have to pay for another pump out , inspection and repair. BEWARE. these people will not call me back or give me the time of day. This is so, so wrong. And you should know. bypass there number and move on.

Great experience with them years ago and now. Professional upfront and reliable. Best price I received for replumbing my house and also doing work in friends house. Others tried to sell something not needed and over charged. Professional work and treats customer with respect from the office personnel to the people doing the work.

I haven't had any work done but I was looking at TV and you guys commercial came on and it had all the employees in a group picture and it was sickening to me as a BLACK PERSON to see out of a line of employees bout 20 I only seen ONE BLACK PERSON one black spot and then yall put him in different part of the commercial lol he was the only black person in the whole commercial and as a black consumer it would be nice dealing with a business that SHOWS DIVERSITY with different races and ethnic groups not 99.9% CAUCASIANS

Not a good look for the company. Numerous hidden fees, lots of time delays. Just avoid.

I called Eagerton Plumbing because I needed to find out why a bathroom sink was making a running water noise and their fee was a little less than a few others that I had called for estimates. They quoted me $130. plus materials. When the workman showed up, he turned my main water valve off and broke the switch. When I told him he broke it, he said half of it was already broken, so he wouldn't replace it. He said it's about $200 to replace it. Well, half of it was already broke, but you could still turn it off and on with the other half. Now I have to use a pair of pliers to turn it on and off. He told me I had a slab leak on the street side and the house side of the meter. He said he would have to give me an estimate on what it would cost to replumb the entire home, this would include busting up the driveway to get to the city side of the meter. Then he told me I owed $144.95 for him coming out. He said $10 was for gas and $4.95 was for materials. When I told him they should have told me up front I was paying for gas, and that he didn't use any materials - He said I could call the office, which I did. The girl argued with me and then transferred me to a man. I told him they didn't use any materials on my job and that I should have been told that they were going to charge me for gas. He was extremely rude and told me that I could pay whatever I wanted and find myself another plumber. (He didn't know I needed a complete replumbing job at the time.) I told him I would pay the amount I was quoted and find myself another plumber - and I did. The new plumber told me that the leak is coming from my side, but NOT the city side of the meter. Eagerton's guy told me it was leaking from both sides. They were very rude and unprofessional, but lost a big job over $14.95.

Our septic tank was FULL!! It was a crappy situation to say the least! I called at 7am, it was taken care of by 11:00am! Friendly, Fast, Funny!!! (The 3 F's) I also got a lesson one septic tank upkeep! I would highly recommend! Sidenote: sprinkler line was damaged while looking for the tank! They repaired it in less than 15 minutes! Awesome service!!! I can't praise Eagerton enough!!!

Called today for to have a new faucet installed. It was kind 9f an emergency as my husband tried to remove it but lacked the proper tools. I called at 2:00 and a technician called me about 5 minutes later saying he would be here in 10 minutes. Within an hour, the new faucet was installed and the water was back on. The price was very reasonable. Another company wanted $400 to come out today. This company will be my go to for plumbing needs.

JEA recently repaired sewer lines in my street and contracted Eagerton to research and review the connection from my home to the street. The sewer line previously had been inspected by JEA and video was also taken. Was confirmed at that time my sewer line was clean and no problems detected. W e l l Eagerton was sent out to redo the inspection. Why I never know. They also inspected the sewer line with their own heavy duty equipment which damaged my sewer line in the process.. After I discovered the damage I called JEA and was referred to Eagerton. Tommy the vice president was very rude. Mr Danny Eagerton initiated the repairs but TommyI will not give any documentation or warranty. He does not return my calls and office staff is very rude. Do not hire this company. My plumber is Turner Plumbing!!!

I can't say enough great things about this business! They have been exceptionally professional, rates are fare, and they respond quickly. During the Christmas holidays, we had a big emergency with both toilets overflowing downstairs! After calling 4 plumbers who couldn't help me, I called Eagerton on a recommendation from someone, and they fit me in. Yesterday I had an upstairs toilet go bad and had water coming through the kitchen can light. Not an emergency since we don't live upstairs and I cut the water off. Nevertheless, the plumber was here in 2 hours. Outstanding!
