I had a water heater emergency. It is NOT easy getting a plumber to your home for repairs right now, even the 24/7 ones..... Eager Plumbing contacted me right away & came out within an hour and a half, & had the issue fixed within 2 1/2 hours from the phone call.
Amazing! The water heater didn't even need to be swapped out for a new one. It was another issue & our plumber had the parts with him. I will definitely contact them for any other plumbing issues!
Thanks again for all of your help Eager Plumbing!

After our water heater went out Eager did the job in one day: $1,000
The service folks did a great job.
They sent us a $100 off our next bill for being a new customer.
Then our sewer line was blocked up. Called and they said they would be right out. Great service folks, cleared the problem.
Then we got the bill, $150 to clear the line and then $100 fee to drive to our home: a ""Trip. Charge"". Then they took $100 off the bill. Crazy. Like then jack up the price and give a discount....makes no sense to me.
No one told me the Trip Charge Fee up front. When I talked to their billing manager I was told it was an expense business and that was the way they do business. When it asked to talk to the owner, I was told that would not happen. I have NEVER had a service business not tell me their fees up front and then charge $100 to drive to my house and then charge for their work on top of that. Find a company you trust. Like I said, great workers, lousy manager and as far as I'm concerned, deceptive billing.

I discovered a leak in our old copper mainline pipe on a Saturday! Knowing that weekends rates would be higher I The called the after hours #. The response time was terrific, the pipe fixed efficiently by Dave and the bill was half of what I expected! (copper + weekend rates). Great company, wholeheartedly can recommend them!

During a busy time for plumbing needs....Ross arrived within the hour. In another hour's time a new water heater was installed and working! (Our old heater had burst its seam and water was pouring out seeping under our tile flooring) Details were checked to insure water pressure returned to normal and all was in good working order. I especially liked hearing info regarding the operation of the new heater. Really grateful for their excellent service! Will call them for all our plumbing needs!

A pipe broke up by my driveway! The water dept came and turned off the water and let me know that I needed to find a plumber. I called one that was booked out till next week! My second call was Eagar and I spoke with Debbie. She took my number and said she would check with her guys. She called back right away and said someone would be over within the hour. It was way shorter than an hour when Justin from Eagar came over. He immediately began digging up the muck. He found the leak and fixed it. He has a great attitude and I am very grateful for the fast service. They are now on the top of my list for anything plumbing related.

I lost my water at around 10 p.m. Thursday night. After spending the night with a friend, I began calling plumbers. I was extremely pleased when Eagar Plumbing agreed to make the repairs that day. Jim Eagar arrived before the appointment time and quickly dug the hole to repair my water line. Once the pipe was uncovered, he immediately diagnosed the problem: an earlier repair (due to construction next door) had not applied glue to a pipe connection, resulting in disconnection of the pipes and the loss of water service. Jim quickly made the repairs, properly applying both primer and glue in the appropriate areas. After allowing time for drying of glue and primer, Jim tested the water line for leaks and quickly filled the hole. Suffice is to say, I was thrilled to have repairs made and service restored in such a prompt, efficient and skilled manner. I will contact Eagar Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.
