I do not recommend EZ Way Plumbing. We had them (Alan) install our water tank in our condo. He used PEX rather than copper lines which did not meet code. Less than one year later the hot water line melted and sprung a leak. When confronted, EZ Way stalled and lied and said the PEX lines were already there. We had to pay over $5000 to another plumber to bring the tank up to code. We are suing EZ Way Plumbing for the cost of the repair. Don't use them and save yourself money and stress!

I do not recommend EZ way plumbing at all!! We were renters in a house and had some water backing up. We hired EZ way plumbing at the suggestion of our landlords. They came out and seemed to fix the problem. They did not give us a receipt when we were told one was going to be emailed to us. About two weeks later we began having a different plumbing issue, but seemed to be related to the first. They came out again and essentially snaked the whole house. After they were done we asked why the issue was not fixed the first time. They did not have an answer for us and just asked for the money. The two services costed about $925. We sent an email later that day of the second service asking for an explanation and stating we did not think we should have to pay for the first service since it did not fix the problem. No reply. We sent an email again a few weeks later. Still no reply. Shortly after their second service we began smelling a sewage smell. We did not reach back out to them because they were not responsive after the two previous services. Turns out they disconnected the sewer line during their service. They refuse to take accountability for their mistake. And our landlords now want us to cover the cost of cleaning the sewage out of the crawl space.

Horrible customer service. Not able to do their jobs properly. Doesn't take accountability when they mess something up. Save yourself time and money and do not hire them. We're trying to figure out what legal action we can take so we do not have to pay for their mistake.

I had a great experience working with EZ Plumbing. I had them replace all the outgoing water pipes in my house while I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel. I chose EZ Plumbing because I could tell when I spoke to them over the phone and in person, they were highly skilled, customer focused, and fair. They also got me on their schedule super-fast which was critical. Their bid was extremely competitive. In hindsight, I got an amazing price. They were worth every penny. When they came out to bid the job I was immediately impressed. They were clean, professional, and wore covers on their shoes. My contractor and I had our own ideas on what needed to be done but once the work started, they iterated on our ideas and delivered a much better drainage design. The final design exceeded my expectations, and my contractor was super impressed. They gave me a clean out in a location I would have never thought of, and it'll make maintenance much easier. They never cut corners. At one point in the middle of the job we identified additional plumbing that needed to be replaced but they only charged me for parts for the additional work, not the additional labor. They day of the job they showed up at 8am. They brought two trucks with two crews. They knocked out a two-day job in a single day. Great people. Henry and Allan, their foreman(?), are super nice and very professional. I highly recommend them. The kind of people you want working for you.

April 2020 E-Z Way Plumbing came out to fix the toilet. It was leaking and the seal was broken. January 2022 the toilet is leaking again. I call E-Z Way to see if they can come out and take a look. Alan tells me it's been over a year and to expect to be charged for the service call. Keep in mind, they've done 3 jobs in my tiny 1 bdrm, 1 bath 700 sq ft condo in Kirkland and billed $1400 over the past 2 years. I didn't think they were that good, overpriced and obviously do not value my business or warrant their work. Decided it was time to call another plumber. Turns out the floor was not level and in order for the new wax ring to work properly, the toilet needed to be leveled with shims. New plumber installs the shims (that he had to run out for) and now the toilet is now rock solid. Question is: Why was this not addressed a year and a half ago when EZ replaced the wax ring?? It was evident at that time, but nothing was done so over time the seal fails by sloping to one side and the toilet becomes tipsy and fails again. BTW, I paid $60 less than my first bill and now that wax ring will probably last the 20 years it was supposed to last.

Henry came on time and did a great job installing my sink faucet, shower valve system along with adjusting my water pressure valve. I would recommend and use them again.

Project is not done to match the coding and don't fix any issue afterwards.... Hire big reliable plumbing company to save time, money in a long run.

They've done a number of projects for us and consistently they arrive on time, work efficiently, and make sure everything is done right. Having 100% confidence in their work is the reason why they have been our go-to for both planned and unexpected plumbing work.

In both instances, he and his guys have arrived at the time they said they would, provided professional advice and service in a polite and efficient way and were very easy to work with. One job was minor, the other involved putting in a hot water tank and drilling though the foundation. Both were treated as if they mattered. EZ Way has been great to work with. Very clean. Very quick. I recommend them very highly.
