I used E-Z Plumbing to fix a clog. They replaced a section of my pipe. Two days later it clogged again. They snaked for free. Come to discover the line was cracked further down. Gave me a good quote and discounted the work I had done two days prior. Eduardo was courteous and professional. They will be showing up early Saturday morning. If they do, which I am sure they will, and once completed, I will post another review.

I was stuck in a bind as my water heater leaked everywhere in my garage on a Saturday night. Eddie helped me out and replaced my water heater as promised. I highly recommend this professional crew for all of your plumbing needs.

I am In love with Ez plumbing! ! First off, I have worked in customer service for over 25 years,so I love when I get good customer service which is the first thing I noticed when I called ez plumbing. It really was Too easy! The receptionist was so nice and kind,the call went so fast and perfect. All I told him was that I have a house line leak,he asked what city I was in and told me they would be there in 1 hour! I was so happy and surprised at how quickly they were available for me because other companies I called didn't even answer there phone or return my calls.

So they came and fixed my house line leak in less than 2 hours! And the price was very fair! The plumber Eddie was so nice,friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I felt so comfortable and my heart was finally ease that this issue that had plagued me is finally over. He gave me my options and did an excellent job!! I can finally sleep in peace tonight! I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

scheduling a big issue with these guys. they dont return texts promptly, and dont always come when they say they will. first time percy came and ran a camera through my pipes he did a fine job. but the crew he sent to clean out the pipe didnt do a good job. They were packing up to leave before cleaning all the roots out, and they left a mess on the carpet when they finally did finish the job.

I've used this company several times over the last 10 years and for the most part they've done a great job. Yesterday, the plumber had trouble with his truck and arrived at 6p rather than 1-2p as originally scheduled. It worked out ok but I had no phone call or text to let me know of the delay. I got voicemail every time I called and a canned text response to my text queries. Previously though, they've been more responsive and prompt. As the plumber was leaving last night, he said he still had 3 jobs to catch up on because of the vehicle trouble, one of which was in SF (I'm in Oakland)! I hope someone alerted those folks that he was still coming so they were home when he arrived, but I doubt it based on my experience. Oh, and fyi, while they do take credit cards, they pass on their bank fee.

Had a plumbing emergency at 1:00am they came out in 45 minutes and resolved the problem within an hour. Once the plumber was on scene, he gave a fair and accurate quote. Plus the plumber was a nice guy! They are licensed and bonded.

Ez plumbing was just that EZ. Tried Evenflow plumbing--DO NOT USE GARY AND EVENFLOW. BAD BAD SERVICE. NO SHOW NO CALLS. Needed to have lateral sewer tested for integrity so...dumped them.

EZ came when they said they would and did a fantastically neat and tidy job, got the EBMud out to check my lateral sewer line and gave us the green light and I'm done with the Oakland's required testing of sewer line upon purchase of property. Certified and done!!!

Excellent customer service, Percy even made a drive by after the job was complete and checked up on us. That is top notch class!!!!!
